The little apartments were very nicely set up. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The cleaning lady was very sweet and nice. The place felt safe.
Great location. It was halfway between the beach and the historic district. Both were only a 5-10 minute walk.

This hotel was so accommodating: the key was attached to reception because we arrived early.
They accommodated early check in. I only gave it a 9 because of construction noise- but even that, they wrote and told us it might be a factor and the staff was SO helpful from beginning to end. Would

Overall, a very nice place to stay. Very attractive. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Not too far from main part of town.
We had difficulty finding our apartment because the numbers on the doors were so small it took us a while to notice them. Restricted reception hours ,so if something happens outside those hours, you're out of luck. Biggest negative was the heater. It wasn't on when we arrived; temperature started at 18 and took 10 hours to get to 20; it never got above 21.7. Even by then, it didn't begin to heat the entire room because it has no fan. Dog belonging to a homeowner across the street barks a lot. They had a brush for dishwashing but no sponge or dishrag.

Perfect location and friendly, helpful staff. I loved my stay here!
There were a lot of outdoor areas to spend time in and I especially enjoyed the pool area.
On the first night I had no hot water to shower but the next day and for the rest of the trip it was fine.
A suggested improvement would be to provide some coffee/tea in the apartments.
Note that the pool is not heated but that didn’t stop me swimming.
