my feedback is connected to off-season stay, when the village and beach were very quiet, but pleasant, all the area is very clean, including the walking paths on the cliffs. The owners were very kind and helpful, the apartment is cosy, comfortable, clean, the view is great.

The excellent location and the humour of the owner. A quiet retreat from the busy areas of Luz or Portmo. I loved everything about this place. Large apartments, on site bar, great wifi and entertaining clientele.

The view from the balcony was exceptional. A beautiful beach and a view over the gorgeous village.

The view was the highlight. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was adequately equipped. The living space was large and the balcony in a fabulous spot for the best views. The bath room was modern with nice walk in shower and fixed glass panel. The kitchen was modern and the rest of the apartment decor preserved a bit of traditional local charm.
The toilet seat was a bit wobbly. Parking is a bit tricky because the street is so steep, though we always found space very near by. Plenty of places to eat but you do need to book and most only take cash

Friendly staff, huge apartment with everything you need in the kitchen, clean pool, amazing location
The water pressure in the bathrooms was weak, but I think this is not the fault of the apartment owner

Great location and staff. The views are amazing. Easy walk to the beach up the hill. The villa is large with big a verandah. Older but great bones!! Dont hesitate to book here, great value for money. Hear the waves crashing from your villa, priceless
Needs basic things like a fish brush to clean the dishes
