Cosy atmosphere. Great pool.
No dishwasher, no adequate structure to put the wet kitchen utensils. Very dew utensils - e.g. just two forks, no napkins.

We loved the location of this property. We also loved the simplicity and cleanliness of the decor in our room. Beds are firm, which we didn’t mind. There is a TV in the room, however only hooked up for local channels. No access to Netflix for early evenings in! Mini fridge in room. Lots of counter space in bathroom. About a 10 minute walk into Old Town where we walked every evening.
The pool is not heated. We decided to book somewhere with a pool however we only got in twice during our 11 night stay as the water was just too cold. There were problems with the drain of the shower, we told front desk and thought the issue was fixed but it persisted for our entire stay. Also, there is only a wardrobe in the room. No drawer space. We used the couch to lay our clothes out on.

The bartender, Robin was excellent and very helpful.
The pool was nice and clean. The hotel was clean. Room was spacious - sufficient for 2 adults and perhaps one child under 13 years.
No value for money. Quite expensive for the inclusions. Bed was not too comfortable.

Wonderful
Big pool. Easy to find a spot at all times. Quiet place. No noisy music. Very good sleep at night. Great location with fast access to Lagos by car to spend the evening. Also a good place to explore east and west Algarve. Helpful staff and good management to solve any problem quickly.
The snack bar could be more efficient with less wait time. Maybe it is a cultural difference that I do not understand yet but rules of how to order and receive food was not clear to me. Yet the staff was very nice and helpful to address my questions.

Beautiful room with view of gorgeous gigantic pool.
Was going to have the buffet. But as it was late they did not have much selection. They did refund me.

Our shower backed up into the rest of the bathroom, we also had our soap fall off the wall and instead of fixing it they just placed it on the ground

break fast was very good and pool was excellent. The rooms were tidy and nice. The facility was very open, beautiful and comfortable
Maybe the blanket for the bed could or perhaps the bed could be better. The safe box in the house was not free.

Town house is very private and specious enough. It was clean ! Comfortable bed in the main bedroom.
Bathrooms are clean .
It was quiet and you can have good rest.
We enjoyed the terrace.
Beautiful outside area .
WiFi not working- only in one spot on the terrace was connecting. The moment you enter the house there is no connection at all. TV also was not working.
Looked very short of staff .
The ladies who were cleaning did very poorly. They practically just did the beds - nothing else.
At four star there is no room service .
The restaurant at the pool takes ages to bring the food .

Pool was infinity, very expansive and beautiful.
It was a very quiet peaceful relaxing setting which is probably why pool hours were 9am-8pm but we were disappointed with the limitation. Also coffee was not available until 8am.

We didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel as we were checking out the town mostly but the balcony with the pool view is nice! Definitely feels like a holiday. We had a car so the location was easy to manage getting into the town and there was ample parking. The room was a decent size with updated furniture and fixtures so the time spent in our room was nice.
