Rooms—lighting is a mess. Too technical with lighting. Too dark. Smell of smoke from balcony from smoking area below. No lobby bar. Room layout very dated. No need for big desk. Felt like a fun house room with mirrors and open layout.

Amazing breakfast, location, reception staff and swimming pool area
Impractical design especially for bathrooms and lights. The room was way smaller than described - definitely not 30 square meters

I love the location. The room was very spacious. The air conditioner was great. The staff was very accommodating especially Luis when we arrived. He met us down at the parking lot with our bags. The breakfast was phenomenal. Overall it was a great stay for the price and for the location.

Central location, overall vibe and beds were very comfy. We had a courtyard/shopping mall interior room which was very quiet. Pool was cool.
Because it’s a large hotel it feels a bit impersonal. We booked it for one night leaving for the airport the next day so it was okay for us.

The breakfast was absolutely outstanding with a wide variety of delicious, high-quality options. The service was beyond fantastic – warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. We felt incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived until the last minute of our stay. Perfect location, cozy atmosphere, and truly a 5-star experience – highly recommended!

Everything. Location; interior design fabulous, pool and sauna and spa. Top restaurant and bar service. The restaurant downstairs lovely. Breakfast food first class. Really lovely hotel and amazing staff. Breakfast food was fantastic.
Room design is interesting but not sure one door for the toilet and shower works. There wasn't enough room to hang towels for them to dry properly. Perhaps fitting small shelves by the bed would be nice?
