Breakfast and dinner lacking vegetarian options. No plant based milk available for intolerant people. They mentioned upon request, I requested and it was ignored, i ended up buying my own milk even though i paid for breakfast. Food was poorly cooked. Gym is very old, two running machines, both didn't work. No water filling stations anywhere, only at the gym, which closed early. Tap water at dinner provided but at a cost of 5 EUR. At breakfast was free. Guests ended up going to the super market and coming back with plastic bottles to the hotel. Rooms where not very clean. Our bathroom sink was clogged, dust under the bed, dirty curtains and old and dirty carpets in the corridors. Sanitary bin in the bathroom with no plastic bin, I asked for a bin bag, they said they did not use any. Cleaning lady made a comment to me: "you know, it is a 4 star hotel, not a 5 star", I was shocked. Music every night until 11pm for the tourists, which was unconformable because we could hear it all the way into the rooms. We had to stand up and close some of the doors but there was still noise. We asked reception for ear plugs, but they did not have any.

The food is very basic and didn't meet our taste expectation.

Slightly tired decor and bathroom

They charge extra for parking on the hotel parking; during dinner they charge extra for even a basic bottle of water, even if you already paid for the breakfast & dinner. This is a shady practice... Generally, the room was dirty. Mold under shower, dirty windows, dirty sofa, leaky water tap in the shower. I would not give it more than 3 stars as a hotel.

A bit disappointed with the bedroom I have booked 1 bedroom apartment and they gave me 1 studio apartment for the same price smaller room for this reason I will choose a different hotel next time

The concerts are till 11pm and it doesnt allow to sleep. The breakfast could be better. The pillows are not very comfortable.

The internal area like the bedroom is terrible. Old and uncomfortable bed. No air conditioning, very hot room and noisy fan that made it impossible to sleep both nights due to the value and noise from the fan. The most important thing in a stay is the room and this is a minimum when paying 430 euros over two nights for something so uncomfortable. The bed was really uncomfortable. And the noisy ceiling fan had to buy ear plugs. Breakfast and dinner were good.

many things at the hotel are broken or not working. broken tiles around swimmingpool, broken tabknob shower swimmingpool. several broken sunbeds, very old an several broken parasols( also not enough for all the beds), the fountain in the lobby was not working. our toiletseat was loose. no airco allthough on the topfloor and so all the heat reaches that floor.this hotel obviously needs renovation. there was a small barcounter which you could reach from within thr swimmingpool. but drinks were not served there because the waiter had to do 3 steps down for this. also the drinks-vitrina in that part of the bar was not in use and broken. the elevators in the hotel worked fast but make an uncomfortable noice and they take a bump when arriving at the wished floor which causes anxiety with the guests.there was a happy hour every day , however we were obliged to take these drinks from the bar inside instead of ordering them at the swimmingpool bar. the protocol for the parking( with payment) was not explained at all during our check-in. for several days we drove in& out withiut any problem. sudeenly after 4 says the gate did not open and the were screaming at us through the intercom they we are not guests and that we had to come to the reception to pay the parking! I think this was quite a rude manner of communication to 4 guests which pay 2700 euros for a stay of only 5 nights! also the food at the buffetrestaurant was not what we expected. some undefinable fish stew and some small pieces of tough meat , and a kind of very salt peasoup at out first evening. this is why after this evening we never had diner there again, allthough we alteady paid for halfboard.we had diner in the many splendid restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance of the hotel. most of the staff seems to work in old protocols which are not allways efficient or logical to work with in 2024.
