The hotel location is oceanfront with nice view from our room. Pools are well maintained and we enjoyed afternoon swims after hot days of touring the Island. The restaurant and bars made it very convenient to relax and enjoy our limited time at hotel.

Very clean and beautiful hotel. Staff is amazing and helpful. From the minute you arrive, we were greeted with complimentary wine during check in process. Especially thank you to Delila Rodriguez and Helder Rodriguez that make our stay comfortable. Thank you Julio Marques for fruit plate and note in our room.
Very poor dinner choices. And hard pillows.

Very nice, very clean, exceptionally caring and helpful staff! We really enjoyed our stay.
Parking in the garage costs €15 per day. Parking outside is free, but can be a bit of a challenge to find a spot as it’s generally quite full.

The interior decor was poor compared to the beautifully laid garden / pool area . The lobby resembles that of a hospital . The lounge tries to look eclectic but misses the mark .

Lovely swimming pools, both indoors and outdoors. Amazing view from our room. Great location close enough to Funchal and on the promenade for nice walks. Also close to lots of restaurants. Good buffet breakfast with lots of choice. Nice and helpful staff.
Breakfast got a bit repetitive after a couple of days, it would maybe feel more special if it had more local products. There was music most nights and it was a bit loud in our room up till 11 that it stopped, possibly not great for younger kids, ours only complained once.
