The breakfast was lovely - really enjoyed it. The location was perfect, very central. The room was perfect and so comfy.
We really didnt like the fan noise that started up at night, my husband got no sleep and it was not the air conditioning - it was something else, Really frustrating - every night. We didnt like the uncomfortable chairs placed outside - marina side. We felt very disappointed with the evening time - literally no one stayed around the hotel, it was empty the majority of the time we were there. There was music 3 nights but we were the only people there.

Great location! It’s a meeting point for many tours. Old town is walking distance as well as catching the ferry to Porto Santo. Staff was welcoming. We received welcome drinks, tickets to the CR7 museum, wine bottle with chocolate which was delicious.
Our room door to the balcony was jammed and very hard to open. The door frame was warped. Maintenance arrived and did what he could with the resources he had. We could not enjoy the balcony because the door would continue to get jammed. We did feel they were very short staffed when ordering food from the restaurant or trying to order a drink at the bar.

Noise was extreme in my room which was facing the casino and no one warned me. I had 2 hrs of sleep the first night which completely messed me up for the rest of my vacation. They moved me rooms and the second room had a sewage smell and the shower sink was not draining

Breakfast. Very weak point of the experience. Pastries from the supermarket, the hot food (scrambled eggs from the powder, tasteless mushrooms, weird looking mini sausages) were in containers that fell apart when I tried to access it. We asked for poached eggs as you can order a variety of options from the kitchen, which seemed like a super nice option. Unfortunately, they came undercooked - the white was still liquid, all was super liquid but the sights of the yellowish white was the worst. This happened to all 3 people from my group. The omelette was overcooked though to counterbalance. There was a very nice selection of cheese and fruits though. Good mini salads in cute little bowls. Very good coffee. I didn't leave hungry, but I wasn't delighted with everything else in that establishment.

The staff was accommodating, the parking close to the hotel (though you must pay) and it is in a great location. An added bonus - they had a boxed breakfast prepared for us in the morning as they knew our check-out time was before breakfast. We were very grateful!

Breakfast was great and I really enjoyed the whirlpool and the Sauna. Check in was nice and easy too.
The whirlpool could have been cleaner there was a lot of scum around the edges of it.

The location is perfect, very good parking options. The breakfast was also very good, lot of options, good quality food for example portugal sparkling wine, good qulaity jucies, cheeses, eggs, etc...
The staff was nice and helpful, the design of the room was nice, we got a nice small welcoming gift, which was nice gesture.
The room look nice, but the carpet was dirty, we needed to change the head of the shower because it was broken, and we can't open sometimes the terrace door.

Breakfast was great, staff really accommodating and friendly. Restaurant's food was great and served quickly. Great location near pier where you could see the cruise ships come in to dock. Really neat to watch.
The sink was clogged and did not drain quickly, but that is just a maintenance issue (room 141). Pool was really cool as well, but the exercise equipment outside was not very useful.

Loved the vibe and the stunning port view here! The team is super sweet and the breakfast is a must-try. Only downside was the room service (kinda confusing) and some furniture feeling a little 'tired' compared to how fancy the rest of the hotel looks. Still highly recommend for the location alone!

The staff are on the top of the list of thing I liked. Marcus went above and beyond to assist in our stay. Location is excellent at the center of Funchal besides cr7 museum, in front of harbor, and a lovely park In the other side of the road

The location is fantastic—right on the marina with beautiful views, close to Funchal’s old town and key attractions. The room was clean, cozy, and well-designed, with great amenities and a super comfortable bed.
Breakfast was one of the highlights—fresh, varied, and served with a smile. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The rooftop area was also a gem—great for relaxing or grabbing a drink after a day of exploring.

Perfect location, the bar is very nice, and there are always people there. Cool concept. Nice pool and sauna outdoors.
The room was a bit small, and the closet didn't have any light. I understand the concept of the gym, but I wouldn't call it a gym.
