Disappointing
Pros: Reception girl with red hair was very polite. The cleaner lady on 4th floor is very nice. Location is good. Room was clean with a nice balcony. Restaurant was great. Cons: The lady that checked us in was terrible (fat white girl). She had very bad attitude. I requested a high floor and ocean view if available. No to both! Gave us only 1 card and said we don't have anymore. No parking available. You have to park on sidewalk on street outside. Would not even guarantee 2 beds for us until we arrived. Pool seemed very dirty. All lights and aC shut off when you leave room. When you return its a sauna in there. Only comforter provided no sheet so super hot.

Where to start, was checking in at 3pm (an hour after check in opens) they sent me to a room that was still messy from previous guest , told me to wait a moment for them to clean it…. Ok no problem, I wait, wait an hour (told them I was at pool please let me know when ready) after an hour I loose patience, go to reception asking if it’s still not ready, the arrogant almost rude receptionist goes - oh yea it’s ready, I thought you went to drink. What? During the visit the American manager was equally unwelcoming, making a small genuine request met with same almost rude tone. Room - bed is comfortable, yes, but, the bathroom is full of mold and the tiny bath completely unusable, shower curtain discolored an 0 TOILETRIES PROVIDED. How is this a 4* hotel? Interior is very dated, pool beds are from 80s, no pool towels provided, pool itself - cloudy and full of debris, morning day and night, never saw anyone clean it. I didn’t risk to eat seeing the chefs setting up a bbq wearing no ppe. WiFi works in shared areas but not in the room. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS AND DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Location was good
They didn’t provide enough toilet paper, no tissues, room keys were deactivated twice during our stay so we couldn’t get into our room. The breakfast at the restaurant was terrible, and to top it off, there was lipstick on the coffee cup that my husband grabbed. Would definitely not recommend.

My partner who is pregnant and I checked into the hotel, within 20 minutes of arriving we checked out, the hotel was dirty, the bed had hair, stains and some form of finger or toe nail on and around the bed frame on the sides. The walls and furniture were stained and dirty, the toilet was not cleaned, the door and bed side cabinets were scratched up and had clearly been dragged back and forth damaging the flooring, the tea cups and plates were dirty, the air con unit with filthy with dirt, the pillow cases were stained with dirt and the so were the bed sheets. The room was not a Mountain View room. I refused to stay in the room let alone make my pregnant partner spend a night there after celebrating her birthday weekend in the country.

The room is too small ,they don’t clean the glasses and the coffee cups, the furniture is old ,nothing to do with four star hotels like they have ,the staff is polite but not nice ,mould near the window behind the curtains They don’t have complimentary coffee and tea bags They don’t give slippers just bath gown.

The staff was friendly, the area was good.
Minor details that make a difference: damaged furniture, hair-filled shower and sink drains, a short-handled sink faucet that caused water to splash onto the countertop.

The staff were really nice. However, we were unhappy with breakfast selection, every day it was the same, not much to choose and some of the stuff were not fresh/tasty. Rooms are average, old fashioned and not cleaned properly.

Location.
Things are getting tired. Towels with shredded ends, paint in touch areas "dirty" or at least needing refresh. Paint on balcony rail showing rust through paint cracks.
