Wonderful
As a Portuguese for me it's special visiting Madeira.
I found them nice pleasant solving problems easily
in hotel.
just need to take a small glance on small things in the room to fix ,but nothing was really wrong dramatically.
I will go back to this place if possible

The staff were careful and attentive, and our room was very clean.
The floral cleaning products they use have a very strong scent, and even though I’m not particularly sensitive to these things, it was unpleasant. Parking is in a nearby underground garage that feels extremely claustrophobic, partly because it is kept dark and has very narrow spaces but also because car tires squeal horribly even at slow speeds.

The property's location offers exceptional convenience, being within a 5-minute walk of the beach, the primary bus station, and the cable car station in Funchal. Additionally, the CR7 monument and the seaport are accessible within a 10-minute walk. The surrounding area provides easy access to essential amenities, including the Mercado, supermarkets, and various dining establishments.
During my interactions with staff members during check-in and breakfast, I observed a lack of positive engagement. The absence of smiles and welcoming gestures detracted from the overall guest experience.
Checking in was a total mess. Even though I got there around 10:30am and they said my room would be ready by 2pm, it took forever. Furthermore, the allocation of rooms to two individuals prior to my request appeared to be inequitable. Subsequently, a room was assigned to me following my observation of what appeared to be preferential treatment.

The breakfast was really good and you can also enjoy the sun rising behind the hill!
The rooftop has a breathtaking view of the city, specially at night!
Also the staff is incredible, Ronio is a great chap!

Location of hotel is great, right in the city center. Breakfast was fine, but eggs, sausages and juices had a weird taste. Otherwise you can choose between all kind of pastry, brownies, also some milk products, vegetables and fruits.
In hotel room was dirt and dust on the floor, bathroom is really small and we could hardly walk in between door and sink. Hotel is older and has different smell, in hotel room hotel as well.

We had a good stay at this hotel. It is clean and simple, good for a stay of a few days. The location is very good and breakfast is also varied and good. I believe in the summer is really nice as they have a sky bar.

location
Facilities are poor. Feel very dispoint that there is no drinking water, no hot water, no caffee and tee. We had to buy water from supermarket. The room is very dark, lack of daylight.

It was super clean, bed was comfortable and the location allowed for a walking distance to most places. The city and see view was amazing. Very quiet at night. Access to the roof allowed for lovely evening if there is no wind.
If you are on 5th floor under restaurant, you can hear moving furniture from early morning. There is no kettle in the room. Breakfast was so so (mainly eggs, beans, sausages and lots of bread to choose from).
