Fantastic experience! I am so happy we booked this hotel, the location, the views, the parking lot in the hotel, the large apartment room, lovely staff, closeness to the large shopping mall! We travelled extensively all around the island so we didn’t have time to use the scenic pool and Jacuzzi fronting the sea view. Anyway it was a perfect spot for us, highly recommended, Thank you.

Location was fine, easy parking and directly across the street from a shopping center with grocery store, coffee shops, etc. Ocean view if you book. Otherwise overpriced and has absolutely zero character. Feels like a dorm room. Staff rude, food subpar.
Luckily we were only booked for one night after a late arrival flight or we would have canceled the rest and left early. Rooms are overpriced, plain, lack any kind of amenities other than basic old furnishings. Somehow only one of our two rooms came with breakfast, so we paid for one of our children extra. However when they went down for breakfast in the morning they were accosted by restaurant staff, pulled out of the dining room, questioned about whether they’d paid, and brought to the front desk. Even though their own staff had taken our payment at check-in. No apologies from restaurant staff or front desk until we checked out, and all they did was comp one breakfast.

Room view was beautiful. Beds were good for a few nights stay. Staff at front desk were exceptional, knowledgeable and friendly. Check-in was seamless. Parking was available in front.
Room needs updating, furniture is not comfortable. Room is old and worn. No coffee machine in room.

Very nice hotel, amazing view and a fantastic, super friendly staff! The location is very practical, the bus to the city stops just in front of the hotel. Beautiful beach just a short walk away, the pool is great. The hotels restaurant serves amazing food. I would stay again, big recommendation! Thanks again Team Duas Torres

The apartment was spacious and beautiful, the view was amazing, the bed was comfortable and the staff was really helpful and friendly! We also had breakfast a few times at the hotel's restaurant and we appreciated that there were many delicious options available. Another plus was the proximity to the mall and to some car rental companies.

The best location. I go to this hotel every summer. Mrs. Fatima always helps us at the reception, and Mrs. Isabel and Juan assist us at the pool. I hope they open bookings for next year soon.

+ I stayed in the budget studio, and it had everything you need; fridge, cooker, microwave, tv, etc. + Comfortable bed and spacious room + AC + Very clean hotel + Breakfast is the best I've ever seen but was cleaned up before I could get a second helping. Wish they would've informed me they were clearing up. + Staff were very friendly and approachable + Nice sized pool with a beautiful view over the coastline + Very nice restaurant with good food and drink + Shopping centre across the road
- Food and drink were quite pricey at pool and in restaurant - Unfortunately I had a really unenjoyable massage and would not recommend - Laundry takes two days so I wasn't able to do it during my trip as I only stayed two nights - One key card meant the fridge turned off everytime you left
