Amazing view, rooms were comfortable and good for a group of us, we booked 2 rooms beside each other.
Our bathroom smelled but the other room didn’t have that issue. Parking was hard since there are not many spots.

We booked a room with a view, and we weren’t disappointed, the view was amazing. The staff were really nice and helped us when we needed them. The food was really good; it was cheaper than the restaurants on the street, and the portions were big.
We booked this hotel because it said there was parking. First, it cost €7 per day, and there wasn’t even a space available for us to park during our stay. The street parking was hard to find, so we were a bit disappointed by that. The small kitchen in the room was tiny and not very well equipped, so you couldn’t really cook anything

The tennis court, and the terrace, and the view from the terrace were fabulous.
Some parts of the hotel looked a bit outdated, as well as the breakfast was not super organized and not everything was fresh.

Nice location close to sea. Nice pool area.
Parking onsite is not guaranteed even if paid upfront, luckily we found parking approx 300m away. Breakfast is average with not much variety and the dining area tends to be crowded as one serves to all 3 subparts of the hotel complex. Bathroom door not closing properly

Staff of the reception 0/10. If you think Check in 3pm… nope. Your room isn’t ready. You meet to wait. No sorry, no please .. you must wait!
The door in the bathroom broken! How you can check in the room with a problem?? For my complain about this :NOTHING! Maybe you can say : sorry for this.. What is a service !! It fell on me at the night!
Smell in bathroom- no comments. Impossible sleep.
I hope that we had just a night in this hotel!

The room had great amenities, making it easy to settle in and feel comfortable. The view from the balcony was beautiful—especially at sunrise. Breakfast was included and surprisingly tasty, with a nice variety.
The bathroom had a faint smell of urine, which was a bit off-putting despite the rest of the room being tidy. Parking is limited, so you’ll need to reserve in advance to avoid hassle. Also, the front desk staff weren’t very helpful and came across as a bit arrogant, which made check-in less welcoming than expected.

The hotel is well located for exploring the area.
Breakfast was acceptable but lacked variety, and only syrups were available instead of jams. The outdoor pool was nice but too cold to use, while the indoor pool area appeared slightly unclean and the sauna was very small. Overall, the hotel facilities are outdated and in need of renovation.

Staff was very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean.
There is entertainment every night. Had I known, I would have requested a room on the opposite side of the building. I had trouble falling asleep, as it was so loud.
Also I booked two rooms, and they did not put them next to each other. That has never happened before.

The hotel workers are friendly and everything works quite well being a big hotel complex. The breakfast space is nice and the quality of breakfast is ok. In general the hotel is good for the price. It is nice that it is possible to walk to Funchal centre and to the nearby Lido seaside park.
The area or the hotels buildings around here are not super beautiful, but it is near the centre and the sea.
