The location of the property was nice within walking distance of restaurants and the beach
They did not have enough towels. One of the nights we had to use dirty beach towels to dry off. Kitchen sink did not work.

Brilliant location next to tons of bars n restaurants.
2 minute walk from the main pick up point for excursions.
Breakfast was really good. Could eat inside or outside.
Was able to leave bags at reception before checking in and after checking out too.
Price per night with breakfast for end of June was exceptional value for money.

About 20 free parking spaces first come first served.
Nice deck and pool area.
Close to many great restaurants and bars.

There is a lot to like at Florasol. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent but most of all the staff were outstanding - always friendly and helpful. There was a relaxed feel at the hotel.
Yes, it could do with a little bit of updating but I wasn't expecting luxury. Great budget option!
My only negative is that the coffee at breakfast wasn't good.

The pool and outdoor area are great, modern looking with an amazing view and lovely pool, as are the rest of the grounds.
The beds are very comfortable and sheets nice and crispy. Bathroom modern and all you need, the kitchen has all you need too. Great view from the balcony. The location is good, if you walk down the steps to the seafront there are a great choice of restaurants and a nice park and lido pool.
The rooms could really do with an upgrade furniture wise, specially the balcony furniture.

Very good breakfast, really big rooms, lovely staff. It was a bit chilly in the room when we arrived, but they immediatly put an extra heater in for us. We really appreciated that, thank you so much. Nice restaurants just around the corner.

We arrived a couple of days later due to missing our flight connection and the receptionist that did our check in kindly upgraded us to a 11th floor big apartment with two balconies and a beautiful sea view to make it up for the missed nights :)
All the staff was so lovely and we had housekeeping every day of our stay.
The pool area
The location: lots of restaurants and bars, lido area with direct access to the ocean supermarket next door, aerobus 4 min walk from hotel.
We had a wonderful stay and we recommend this 3 stars hotel.
Communication by phone/email: When missing our flight on Friday we tried to call the number provided here and in their web page several times to warn them of our no show in the first nights. Also email. It was a bit stressful not knowing if they'd keep our reservation.
Coffee machine was broken from first day, also didn't come with any coffee, sugar or even coffee filters. We bought all of this but at the end we couldn't use it and machine was not replaced during our stay. However, we went down for coffee and they offered us complimentary coffee to make it up (We didn't have breakfast)
All in all, the wonderful staff made up for the little hiccups of our stay and made us feel very welcome:)
