Maintenance work in the middle of the day, where we came to rest too, so it was so annoying for 3 consecutive days,

Great value for your money. The hotel had great facilities such as a pool, rooftop terrace, restaurant and bars. The breakfast was affordable and delicious. The kitchenette was very helpful, you don't often find that in a hotel. The cleaners were great. Very close to good restaurants and bars. The paid parking was great once we had it.
We couldn't get hotel parking right away so it was difficult to find street parking. Once we got in to the paid parking lot it was very easy and convenient.

It had everything one wants to just stay in and relax. Lots of options and welcoming staff
That parking was very complicated bit they do offer solutions that are no on site so that is resolvable

Alot of choice and cooked breakfast too.
Room very clean and comfortable.
There were some very noisy people above our room but we complained to the desk and it stopped.

The view feom the balcony was great and what is important that the balcony was big enough for a table and chairs.
Brakfast was great with a lot of options.

Buffet breakfast had enough variety to suit everyone. Good size clean room. Nice sea view from the private balcony. Studio had a kitchen with fridge, stove, cooking utensils, plates, cutlery, microwave and dining table inside. More than enough if you want to cook/eat/drink in. Good size bathroom and very hot water in the shower. Spa area had good showers as well. Have seen same value in 4 star hotels
WiFi wasn’t great. Intermittent and slow at times. Had to reconnect multiple times. No WiFi at the buffet restaurant. Had to book sauna and it didn’t work some of the time

As it was my birthday, they provided us with a complimentary bottle of champagne, the breakfast was quite good, good selection of choice. Room cleaning everyday, even though the sheets were not changed every day, the room was kept in a tidy way.
We’ll be coming back, such a nice stay.

The room is not as new as it looks in the photo, but the price and comfort ratio is a good option. Good breakfasts, which is very appropriate here. The location is not in the center of Funchal. But 10 minutes near a large supermarket Lido, and the waterfront.
