Big bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Airconditioning in all bedrooms and living room. Private parking space. Near restaurants and supermarkets.
Not much daylight in all rooms. But that is just minor.

The flat is very nice. Very well located - close to bigger supermarket Pingo Doce, very close to restaurants and pubs. The city center is aprox 20 min by walking. The equipment of flat was above my expectations. Everything was clean and nice. Also we had two cars and it was possible to park both of them on parking spot. The small garden is nice benefit for relax after levadas. Also the communication with landlord was easy, kind and helpful. I highly recommend this accomo. Thank you

Wardrobe to put you stuff
Toaster and water cooker were broken and not replaced although we told the first day.
The rooms, especially one, were small and dark. One is attached to a former balcony (no door) where a mouldy crib and dirty children's car seats are stored and one window was replaced with a plastic with holes.
