Amazing location in the beautiful old town with the most wonderful roof terrace with views across the port.
Edgar was very flexible and great at communicating. Arrival and departure were easy.
Well equipped kitchen and well furnished- would definitely recommend.
The third downstairs bedroom was a little small for two adults but as we only had one adult in there it was fine, or would suit two children.

Super location close to rocky beach, bars, restaurants, wonderful rooftop area, lovely views, good beds, well-equipped kitchen. Good communication with the host Maria.
Be prepared for the steep street to walk up or to drive a car. We were there in the hot part of the year...no a.c. but the fan helped. Open all doors for the cool night air

Accommodation was very comfortable for our family of five adults, spotlessly clean, great communication from host and was met by the lovely Maria who helped us out when we left items at the house. Very much enjoyed the balconies and the rooftop view had spectacular views of the harbour. Very close to walk into Funchal, many restaurants on the way, thoroughly recommend a stay at this property

Lovely house with great outdoor space.
Location is quiet and fantastic being so close to the Old Town and Funchal centre .
Off street parking for those that hire a car

Maria was amazing - she got us a fan as we found the weather too hot during our visit. The location is fabulous - walking distance to old town
The parking was a little challenging as we had to back into the space and open and close the gate but not a deal breaker.

The house was spotlessly clean and very good value. Maria was lovely. She waited for us and gave us information about the area. The view from the sun terrace is stunning. 10 minute walk from the oldtown with a couple of mini food markets along the way.
The twin bedroom is very small for 2 adults. There is a steep hill on the way back to the property which couldwbe an issue for someone with mobility issues.

Great accommodation in perfect location. Big, clean, fully equipment house with beautiful view from large terrace. Everything you need is there ( coffee, tea, hairdryer, atc..) Location is cca 250-300m from the sea and offers private parking.
Owner is very nice, friendly and willing to help anytime. 100% satisfaction

The house is very spacious with convenient location near the town center. Best of all is the roof-top terrace that offers a wonderful view over the city and the sea.
It can get very hot inside in the summer.

Everything else. Perfect location, incredible roof terrace views, plenty of space (we were just a couple). We didn't rent a car but off road parking available at the apartment which was great for those that might. Would 100% come back.
The room was very hot at night, even with the balcony door wide open. A fan would have been very helpful!

The terrace of the house is superb. The whole 3 storey building is very roomy and is perfectly situated to discover the old town by foot. We were very happy with the free parking, the calm neighborhood (including classical music from the ballet school next door in the early evening) and the stay as a whole.
