The hotel was a great choice – the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. The location was excellent: within a short walking distance of the city center, nearby restaurants, a local convenience store, and a bus stops, making it easy to explore the city and other parts of the island. The breakfast was repetitive, which might be a minor downside for a longer stay, but it was still good value for money. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience.

Had stayed before (12 years ago) great location
Just wanted a room to stay where we were able to make breakfast and chill out. Enjoyed using the roof terrace. Clean and nice staff. Only thing we were not that keen on was the occasional smell of drains. Would stay here again as we love the location.

Location was great, as was the roof top pool, rooms were spacious and the kitchenette was very useful. Balcony was a great to have.
It’s dated and could do with a few upgrades. Initially wasn’t too happy with it but by the end of the first day I was fine, it’s just not the modern hotels we are used to nowadays.
Parking was a bit tricky, but could just be that Im not used to the tight underground car park.

There was nice people, they help you with all information you need. It’s clean, they are cleaning the room everyday and change towels in need.
It’s close to shop, port area, restaurants and many more!
The only thing that I didn’t liked was that they do not have usual sheets on the bad, they have kind a blanked on the bad underneath you, bot this it isn’t bothering us much, because everything was in place!

We had a lovely view from our sunny balcony and the location the perfect distance from the city centre.
The kitchen was a little in the small side, but had the essentials.
There were quite a lot of tiny ants in our room. However it didn’t affect our stay.

The staff at the hotel and the two men we were dealing with at the reception were very kind and helpful and were really trying to assist us with everything. The room was clean and as shown on pictures so did the pool on the rooftop. The location is perfect, especially if you need to take the early morning ferry to Porto Santo - its really just 5 min by foot from the hotel.
The room doesn’t have any air conditioning or fan and even in the middle of the night was unbearably hot. We left the door to the balcony open in order to get at least some fresh air in but it didn’t help at all, it got just noisy from the street sounds, and we basically couldn’t sleep the whole night. This was the major minus for us.
