Bathroom door jammed, but was fixed quickly!
2 seperate beds instead of 1 twin bed. Matrasses have a hard edge, so not so comfy for a couple.

The apartment had a great view over the city and ocean. The swimming pool was nice and clean.
The apartment was quite dated. The worst thing were the beds; we could feel the springs coming through the matresses. We could not mention it to the staff as they had left for a public holiday. To make things worse, there was also a music festival going on next to the apartment which kept us awake for three nights. I wish the accommodation had informed us about the festival beforehand so we could have decided to stay there anyway or make other arrangements. So, if you’re looking for a place to get a good rest, look somewhere else.

The view was fantastic, staff were lovely, and it was incredibly clean. The pool was also great for a dip after a long day out.
I know people mention the hill in their reviews and there was one - but I didn’t realise how steep it was until we got there. I didn’t particularly want to mention it because it’s not something the accommodation can change and the whole island is incredibly hilly. However, if you do struggle with steep hills, there was a bus you could get - or I recommend a drink of poncha before the climb in the evening!

Swimming pool and the view from the apartment were amazing. A nice garden and parking with spaces.

Fantastic views, excellent friendly helpful staff, very clean.
Accommodation needs total refurbishment. One of the rooms shown bath was chipped and flaking. Not their fault but we thought we wouldn't need air con in January, but rooms did get warm and mosquitoes were prevailant. Usually we're not bother when air con on.

Beautiful garden and swimming pool, clean and spacious apartment. Location just great!
There could be a coat stand or hanger and some more drawers in the room but that is only a little thing.

The balcony was good and the view outstanding. The property itself is quiet, in a nice environment. The staff and the management was excellent.
The property is somewhat cut from the center, high up, it is difficult for elderly people to get around without a car. First morning we tried to descend to the Center, it took easily 25 minutes on very steep streets. The reception does not work on weekends.

View from pool, sunsets from balcony. We had 19 room, sadly buildings in front blocked abit the view of the ocean, but it still was good.

The views were incredible! It was worth the effort getting up and down the hill. And we loved the garden, which they take fantastic care of. And the pool was great! Overall, there is a beautiful atmosphere - the very nice and devoted employees who keep this property cosy, the peacefulness, the terrace with a home-style mini-cafe and open library in different languages.

We had a beautiful time, everything was great, the room, the view and the pool. We also loved the garden, the beautiful flowers and tree that were just outside our window. But most of all, the staff were wonderful and our daughter fell in love with a lady working there called Lucia who she just adored.
