Mrs Fatima and her husband they are great hosts and they really make you feel home as they promise. There was open kitchen and laundry machine that any time you have access. The location is great and the room is surrounded with banana trees. As a family of three we were very comfortable!
We were very happy with our stay. Next time we would like to book a room with a front balcony though we knew that they didn't have any other availability. And our room was very spacious. We have no complains, great stay good value

The view from the studio was incredible, just being surrounded by banana trees and view on the ocean, having some outdoor space to sit outside was just bliss.
The shower pressure was also incredible, perfect after long days hiking!
Lovely quiet area with a 20min walk down to the beach which doubles up as the best sunset spot on a sunny day!
The fridge was a bit loud at night, note to self: bring earplugs next time!

Lovely position near banana trees
The apartment it was on ground floor with no windows, just main door. Therefore no light and umid inside. With a bit of smell of mould.

Very good location, nice and quiet area. Room was good, value for money. We enjoyed it.
There is no reception so it was a little bit difficult to find the right property. There is no daily room cleaning so if you are staying for a little longer it is a small problem with rubbish, toilet paper etc.
Be prepare for mosquitos.

Well, in my opinion the location is perfect, you can park your car in front of house or 1-2 min away.Owned by a beautiful family you got pretty much everything you need.We got a room with shower and a small kitchen,a beautiful garden with ocean view and banana trees around. Nothing luxurious but decent, we were there for the hiking and visiting the island so we didn't need more

Location is wonderful, on a cliff just outside the city overlooking Praia Formosa. The backyard is large and well endowed with luxurious vegetation, sunbeds and an open-air kitchen.
Heating and air conditioning systems were not present - not that Madeira's climate would make them necessary for more than a couple of days per year...

Communications with the staff were great, the location is good (very close to the bus stop)
It would have been the best value and great apartment if there was no smell from the bathroom.
The smell from the bathroom was not something that anyone could endure.
I chose this location based on good reviews, I can see why there are good reviews, but the smell in my room during those nights was impossible to ignore. It was 10 times worse than any smell I experiences from any room in the past.

WiFi quite weak. Available about 30% of the time but may be just the local internet infrastructure. A WiFi booster in the flat might help.

Our room was clean and comfortable.The building is huge and very quiet ,so you don't hear the other guests or cars .Joana the owner of the building is such a nice person and made our vacation very special! She gave us the best tips and organized a vehicle for us on the same Day! On top of that was the car brought to us infront of the Apartment building !!! Thank you Joana and of course the staff we're looking forward to see you again ! ❤️
