Very nice breakfast
With 3 older ladies checking in I felt like the young man at the front desk (who was not busy) could have offered to help with our bags. Plenty of steps and some were icy.
We had a room for 3 people. The main floor was so small there wasn’t even a spot to set our luggage. Nice room but very small

The location is great for access to the Main Street of zakopane and the car park a good size
The breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever had in a hotel, very little options. Stale cereal, and the sausages are to be avoided unless you know what you are getting into
I also got locked in the bathroom as the lock failed (but the staff did take the lock off quickly to resolve issue(, and there was a sauna but it has to be booked 2 hours in advance and there was never any staff available to do so

Staff were very helpful. Gave us a packed breakfast to take with us on a early start at short notice. . Everything was super clean . Breakfast was Very nice. . location was good.

What a fabulous place! The hotel looked exactly as advertised. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! We even got sandwiches to take with us on our last morning (due to a very early departure, we would have missed the breakfast but hotel staff prepared something for us to take for the journey!). The room was spacious, warm, with a kettle so we could enjoy a tea/coffee in our room. The room had a balcony too!. At the check-in we were given hair dryer too!
We had a really great stay there! There was sauna available but we did not opt in for that. Hotel was 15 mins walk from Krupowki.

Very helpful gentleman at the breakfast.
I recently stayed with my family, and unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations, especially given the price we paid.
We paid €280 for our stay for one night, which we believed would guarantee a comfortable experience. However, we were surprised to find that we had to make the beds for our children ourselves. This was disappointing, as we expected this service to be included, especially for a family room.
No English at the check-in.
Additionally, we encountered issues with the parking door remote control, which did not work properly and we gave deposit to keep it one night.
Furthermore, we had to use a private parking lot at a cost of €20 per night, adding to our expenses. This was unexpected and quite frustrating, as we had anticipated free or at least reasonable parking options at the hotel.

The place is very unique and funky in a good way. The bed was comfortable and a nice shower. Would stay there again.
The TV was difficult to navigate even the staff had difficulties. I wouldn't care except we had rainy days without tv.

We've had a great stay in this B&B. We booked a twin room, but were given a bigger room with a double bed a pull out couch. Lovely and helpful staff, beautiful, modern facilities, nice buffet breakfast, easy to find, great location (8mins walk to the main street with restaurants, bars etc.), very comfortable bed & pull out couch ( my dad had a very good sleep on the couch as it was like a big bed), comfortable pillows, great powerful shower, free & secure parking. Definitely recommend and would stay, again.
No sports channels & a small selection of international channels on TV, no hand soap in the bathroom, no bottle opener to open the water bottles provided.
