apartment was clean and nice, also location was good, 10 minutes by walk to the center

Apartment was fine for 2 Families. Breakfast was fresh and excellent. Location is very good, close to City Centre.
Bed was comfortable.
The changing room in the bath was horrible, you couldn't lock the locker, and women also came into the men's changing room, and the women's changing room was full of peasant men who even glared back at my wife, as if it were natural that they could get in there... my brain... I don't even understand how this can be allowed and what kind of retaliation you are planning for the future...

Location and under ground parking
Very uncomfy beds. It was a nightmare sleeping on it. It was old and i could feel the springs on my back. They never cleaned or switched towels. We booked two rooms with two parking spots, when she heared we have one car she allowed us to take only one and no payback was offered (i paied for the parking spot why give it back with no refund?).

We had a wonderful time staying in this apartment. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the main street, and there’s a convenience store nearby. The apartment itself is spacious, warm, and well-equipped, with a beautiful view. Every morning at 7 AM, we were treated to a delicious and varied breakfast.
We also enjoyed the hotel’s pool, which includes both a dry and wet sauna. Overall, our experience in the apartment was fantastic, and we would definitely recommend it!

We had the bi-level suite with 2 full bathrooms, size wise it was perfect.
The lower bedroom room had previously had a water leak by the window and there was black mold growing and not addressed.
The kitchen had a window that wouldn’t close fully so the mornings were a little cold.
The upper floors bathroom had a shower but the shower handle holder was broken so you couldn’t use it as a shower, so everyone ended up using the main floor shower.
The pool and hot tub was packed everyday that we decided not to use it, having better opening hours would have been better.

Beginning was very fantastic. It was provided free parking place in the garage. No security deposit. Comfortable rooms and nice facilities. Location. Very nice sauna and pool. Breakfast is cold but very good.
But when we get inside and look around we found that a lot of things on the room is broken, like: lock to the toilet, lamp, bed, door, every corner is smashed or dirty, chair. Floor and carpet was very dusty and dirty, my wife spent 1 hour to make it proper clean. Host was informed but no reaction, just answer we will inform cleaning stuff

Excellent breakfast, which is brought to the apartment in the morning.
Large two-story apartment with two balconies - for relaxation and for drying clothes.
Additional toilet.
Personal parking.
Elevator.
The apartment is old and in some places, especially in the bathroom, it needs repair.
The water in the bathroom stall did not drain well and the shower was barely hanging on the stick.
The lamps in the bathroom were burnt out, there was not enough light.
Poor Wi-Fi.

Disappointing
The apartment building is a distinctive structure, but that's about it.
I experienced many issues during my stay due to a lack of maintenance. It was truly disappointing to see how many things were broken. When I asked the administration about the situation, they informed me that the owner was aware of the problems and was planning renovations. It’s frustrating because the apartment is rated above 8, but it felt like it deserved a rating below 6. We stayed in three different apartments, all with similar issues. In one, the door’s skirting board was even loose when we arrived. Overall, it was an awful experience, and I do not recommend this place.

Very good info provided, super friendly, kind staff. Mountains visible from the living room windows. Clean apartment.
Swimming pool - overcrowded, not clean - got infection after using it.
Breakfast - everything packed in a lot of plastic, totally irresponsible, unsustainable packing.
Level of noise at night. You can hear streat from the living room. Quite poor acoustics in the building - lots of noises from the neighbouring apartment

Great location in between train station and city center. We didn't have a car but we experienced no problems to get anywhere (transport, walking areas, shops, attractions,...).
The apartment was very spacious. Two big bedrooms, bathroom, extra toilet, huge wardrobe in extra hallway, two balconies,...
The kitchen area was small, but wel equipped.
We had a comfy stay.
Although the apartment provided all we needed, we noticed that there was a lot of wear and tear on the apartment. Some better maintenance would be great.
We also missed some essentials in the kitchen: kitchen towels, enough small spoons, oil, salt and pepper, few extra bags for garbage,...
