Wonderful
Clean, cosy, and comfortable rooms. Polite and friendly staff. Delicious and nutritious breakfasts. A very high standard of service.
The hotel isn't in the city centre, which has its advantages. There are no crowds or noise on public holidays or at weekends. The city centre is a 10-minute taxi ride away.

Disappointing
A lot of facilities for kids, restaurants, nice breakfast, big room and great view.
The bed wasn't comfortable, twin bed instead of double. The shower stream was too weak to shower properly.
No cleaning service, or at least we were not informed that we need to ask specifically.
They didn't help with the luggage when my husband parked the car. A pregnant woman with a toddler..told me there was no service man available for that.
The hotel is not suitable for strollers..small staircases in the hall and one elevator was out of order most of our stay.

Breakfast and dinner were exceptional (we had half board).
Staff was very friendly, most of them we met also spoke english.
Sauna was great, 95C. Steam bath also OK.
Most of the texts in the hotel were only in polish. I mean its not a big issue with google translate today, but It feels stupid to walk around at dinner, and type the dishes name into my phone, to have a clue what it is.

need to pay for bathrobes 2€ per person which is not ideal in spa hotel and bowling was horrible, dinner was not definitely not worth

Good and various dinner buffet, good breakfast. Swimming pool in the morning time while not so many visitors
Hotel quite tired and with poor noise isolation between room. If your room's neighbors are celebrating something or just loudly speaking - impossible to sleep.

The beds were very small and uncomfortable.

good location , clean rooms, indoor swimming pool and sauna.
A detach pool lights was floating in a pool. The pool team said no worries it's ok.. The team at reception said they will check,but no much has been done.
Another a bit disappointing tooic are the nice hotel facilities like bowling and billiard that has been posted and promoted but nowhere mentioned in advance that we had to pay extra in order to use them..
Overall - overpriced, expected for a better experience.

We were able to order food to eat in our room which was Delicious. Our room had an incredible view on the mountains and we had a spacious balcony with a table to sit out there and enjoy. Very big spacious room/bathroom. Plenty of room for 2 of us. Very comfortable stay in a gorgeous hotel. There is also a shop very close to hotel too and a bus stop which is very convenient and only a short ride into the main centre. Would absolutely stay here again.

- The breakfast was good with multiple choices.
- They have plenty of places to park car.
- Pool was decent and clean.
- Nothing special some things in the room was very old, the car holder broke very easily
