Our stay was very relaxing, we used all the facilities, pool, sauna and weight room.
Room was clean and well equipped, had a small outside patio with a table and chairs.
The property was well maintained daily. Walking distance to main street where there is no shortage of vendors, stores and restaurants. We enjoyed daily breakfast conveniently located in lower level.
Friendly Staff, always available and very helpful. Thank you! Defiantly recommend Sun & Snow.

Great location, beautiful mountain view. In the apartments you can find everything you need. It’s a second time we stayed in this apartments and we are definately coming back.
This time we didn’t like the smell in the room. It is as if someone was smoking in the room. Because of that we were really disapointed, but overall the stay was nice.

Cozy apartment in a local-style wooden house with a parking space below. Nice modern furniture, all the necessary amenities. Sauna in this hotel complex is a huge plus, we were there in the evening with literally no one else there. Nice location if you target the hiking routes.
Sauna could use a small room to sit and relax in between the goes. Barbecue area didn`t have any wood or coil and it was particularly hard and expensive to buy some in the winter (tip: look at gas stations).

Amazing location in an amazing town. Was clean and easy to check in and out
The staff were poor at times. My initial interaction was when I first arrived at around 17:30. I was struggling to communicate with a non speaking English taxi driver. I managed to flag down a lady from reception who spoke both English and Polish but she was more interested in asking about breakfast rather than helping out with communicating with the taxi driver who asked her for help translating as well as myself. It was the end of the day on NYE but was more in a rush to get back than to spend a couple of minutes helping out with a stressful encounter that could be resolved in a few sentences with the right person.
Also, sauna is open only in the evenings and would be better suited for the morning but that’s just personal preference I suppose.
Finally, on the last day, we checked out at 11 and asked whether we could store 1 suitcase behind the desk while while we went on an hours walk around the area. The excuse was there was no space but ultimately there’s plenty. Would have been better just to say no we don’t do that. However, even then this is something most hotels offer and given that it was only for an hour it should be a request that is met

The apartment is spacious, clean, white linen and towels. Sauna and swimming pool was very nice ? and comfortable
there is no shampoo and shower gel. There was not enough toilet paper for 6 people (only 2 for 4 days) Towels should preferably be changed every 2 days. The sofa in the living room is bad for sleeping for 2 people, suitable for sitting only. The clock and the TV remote control are not working. Bad internet connection, disconnects every 10 mins

Easy to access in a quiet location, far fr city noise
Access was quite complicated, maybe its only me inexperiemced, I got Polish languagr emails with actions Inshoukd have taken before arrivals.some guests were singing loudly and shouting during the night, but thankfully around 10-11 they finished.
