I had a wonderful experience visiting this apartment in Zakopane. The location is excellent – close to the center and main attractions, yet quiet enough to relax and enjoy the mountain atmosphere. The apartment itself is clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
What really stood out was the hospitality. The host was very welcoming, helpful, and easy to communicate with, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Whether you’re planning a short visit or a longer holiday, this apartment is a perfect choice for enjoying Zakopane and the Tatra Mountains.

Was threatened with police when my payment card declined as it had been blocked from too many transactions abroad, they only attempted taking payment after I had left the apartment and then sent threatening messages saying they would call police , I updated payment details to a different card and made payment however the messages I received were ridiculous I was unaware the apartment had not taken the funds prior to my stay as this is what usually happens and if they had would not have been a problem as i was using my card until the final day of my stay without issue was only blocked on my final day as I was making a large number of transactions

We were really satisfied with the cleanliness and the equipment of the apartment. The host was very helpful and kind. The jacuzzi was a very nice touch after outside’s cold weather. We would absolutely choose this accommodation again without any doubt!

Spacious modern apartment in large complex. Some apartments have good views - but some look directly over other apartments. Clean environment. Very quiet at night .
Advertised with spa and pool , however this was a very small pool , and busy . Not really ideal for swimming.

The luxury apartment was modern, cosy, and well equipped. The bathroom had a bath, separate shower, and washing machine for longer stays. Parking was easy, the staff helpful, and the location a short walk (5-10min) from the centre.
More attention to vacuuming would be nice, though the bathroom and kitchen were spotless. Unfortunately close to the fire station and during a gale at night there were over 9 call outs, with sirens blaring. Pool is more like a very big bath.
