Great location. Clean. Friendly staff. The only problem I had was with stairs. Unfortunately there's no elevator and I had a heavy suitcase.

location, 24/7 reception, very clean and friendly room, very helpful and kind staff. Tea/coffee/water available. Perfect for solo trips at least for me :)
Very soft mattress on bed. I managed to sleep ok, but I know for some people it can be very complicated if they don't get good enough sleep. So maybe mattress upgrade from IKEA could do this trick easy :)

Hotel stuff was excellent with their help during my stay
Room was super clean. Breakfast was very rich and delicious. Hotel location was superb. Excellent value for money.
The bed and shower cabin could be more comfortable for use .

very clean, warm and the location is beautiful and close to all the main areas.
With the understanding that the hotel is pitched towards business conferences etc the hotel has a lot of charm that can be exploited more (make the rooms more romantic for couples, have a more festive vibe etc). Minor quibbles as we really liked it and it is very reasonably priced.
