The location is great, but that’s about it.
I called a week in advance to confirm if they had parking available. They assured me they did, but I was concerned about Friday’s Xmas market in Wroclaw, which would likely be crowded. I wanted to ensure we had a spot.
Upon arrival, I was informed that there was a problem with the parking gate. We were told to wait, and we were stuck in a line of six cars at the entrance, unable to leave. I kept calling, and I was told that someone would come to fix it. After about two hours, with two kids and the car, we were finally released and managed to park.
Needless to say, we missed the event. The hotel offered to compensate us for our trouble, but when I asked to speak with the manager, he wasn’t available. He only spoke with me when we checked out. There was no apology, no compensation, and he simply told me that there was no problem and that it was our fault for not leaving.
The hotel is situated right above two clubs, which means we had to contend with music and noise until 5 am. At the lobby provided us with earplugs, but unfortunately, they were not willing to move us to another room. Considering it’s a premium hotel, we only managed to sleep for an hour each night.

Location, breakfast facilities, food.
Expensive car park which I didn’t know I would have to pay for until check in, had travelled 300km in hired car so adding on car park was bit of a disappointment.

Rooms were super spacious, modern, and kept clean. We also really enjoyed the water taps they had on each floor that dispensed sparkling water.
The hotel is located right in the old city with everything in walking distance, and is a good starting point to begin gnome hunting throughout the town.
The staff were super helpful with any ask that was needed of us.
No bad comments to be made - everything was wonderful

This was a very comfortable hotel. The beds, the shower and the air conditioning was so great. Wroclaw had a very hot summer and it was nice to come back and chill, after a day of site-seeing. The location is fantastic and so close to many fun things to do in Old Town. We appreciated the breakfast and highly recommend this hotel!

Very centrally located, large comfortable room.
The problem was the room suffered very badly from noise from the street, which went on late into the night and impacted my sleep. I can't give a good rating without a good night's sleep.

The room was large, quiet, and modern. The hotel is very elegant. The gym was the best I've seen in many hotels. The staff is very friendly. The hotel location is excellent.
The only thing I didn't like is that the spa (sauna) costs extra. It is not a large amount, but I still find it a bit annoying that it is not included in the price.

The location, very easy walking to every point of the city. The comfort of the room, the decoration, the delicious breakfast and the sympathy of the collaborators. Very good choice in terms of quality-price!
The WC door closing automatically can be annoying and there was some water coming outside the shower.
Our room was towards the bars in the old town which caused a bit of noise (I know it’s normal but I wasn’t expecting) and I had to wear the ear plugs, but all good for one night.

Great gym, decent room, fantastic location
I requested a quiet room. I literally felt like I had a nightclub underneath me on the 3 weekend days I was there. The music would shake the room until 5am. Not great. Didn’t sleep on those weekend nights.
