Very comfortable, luxurious room. Bed and bedding were very comfortable. It was a short walk to old town and the trams were very close by. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cute decoration and very very central location. Friendly staff. Possibly to add breakfast.
Bought the room with discount fyi.
Parking does not belong to the hotel itself so it’s just a public parking lot, making it pricey.
I had looked at photos specially booking this place to get a hot tub but our room didn’t have one.
It’s right next to tram and a road, so be aware if you are sensitive to sound.

Loved the quirky room decor. From our 4th floor room, there was relatively little noise from the street or the other guests. Breakfast was a daily highlight! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was perfect.
Some of the furnishings in our room were starting to show signs or wear and tear. Especially some of the drawers, that literally fell apart in our hands.

Disappointing
breakfast was very good and close to teh centre
when I arrived the staff at reception was not able to prepare a receipt for me. she had to ask help. the hotel smelled of cooked cabbage
my room was very cold with no heating going, there was only one pillow available (that was on a king size bed) and the safe was not working.
when I asked for help at reception I was told that they could not do anything for the heating and the safe until they day after and that I had to adapt. they said they would have brought me a second pillow. as the pillow was not there over an hour later I went to contact reception (it was 8:30PM) and the reception was closed and no one in sight. i eventually found a member of staff on the stairs (this was after waiting for 30 minutes) and she said that they had no more pillow on the premises and that I had to adapt. I asked her to check my heating in the room to see if there was something that could have been switched on and she repeated "you must wait tomorrow and today it is what it is". I asked where the manager was and was told that the manager would have come in the morning at 7. the morning after I went to breakfast at 8:00 AM and asked for the manager and was told that the manager would have come after 9AM and I had to wait to speak with the manager. I asked to call the manager on the phone because I had to leave for work. since I had no follow up I asked again and was told that the manager only comes after 9 and I had to wait. I reiterated my request (safe, heating, pillow) and went to work. it was all sorted i the evening. yet the first night I was extremely cold and uncomfortable and there was no ownership for action. I am very disappointed and I would recommend to downgrade their status on booking. no apologies were offered by teh management nor the staff.

It was by far the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was very comfortable and perfect for a short stay. The only inconvenience was the lack of a rubbish bin in the room (there was one in the bathroom). I didn't have breakfast so can't say anything about it.
For security reasons, the receptionists should not have said out loud what guests' room numbers were. Probably they were not aware of it as two different receptionists did it on two separate occasions. Other than that they were perfectly polite and professional.
