Location
I had a problem on arrival at 10 pm. There was no contact with the landlord and the security had no info about my arrival. I was about to look for another place to stay.

- it was noisy, as the street below is has a tram stop which is always busy - almost no possibility to open windows and get some fresh air - the room feels like a space for lawyers office in the shopping centre - the marmor interior was giving cold vibes

Location was good because in the middle of city centre
The property bed was really uncomfortable and pillows were flat. We stayed two nights and nobody even took our rubbish. Wi-Fi connection was pure very difficult to work. I think was too pricy wont stay there again.

Location is amazing, clean modern apartments (421) with enough space for a big family. Fully equipped kitchen, with basics like salt, pepper, sugar.
There there some minor things, that could be fixed easily, like flooding shower, missing toilet seat cover, bedroom doors are not in correct place so hard to close. The communication about the arrival could be earlier and clearer, had to look up the comments for previous guests.

The mold in the room, the strange smell there, the dirty dishes in the room (INSIDE the shower head), the sheets and blankets too small for the bed, and the strange old building

Nice location
The furniture had a lot of wear and tear, couches were very dirty. The bed was not stable. Couldnt find the reception desk and no body told me where to leave the keys on Sunday since no one was working.
