The location is great, near the old town and many cafes and restaurants.
The check-in process is a bit cumbersome, you have to go to a certain place to collect keys and then get to the apartment somewhere else (even if the places are close, it's still relatively cumbersome when in most places you do it yourself), it took us a while to find the office where we collected the keys. The mattress is reasonable, we asked for an extra blanket because the one provided didn't fit a couple, only two large towels, there were no small face towels or a floor towel, overall the apartment is reasonable at a reasonable price. We expected more.

Central location, main square just a few minutes walk away. Many shops and shopping center nearby. Safe building.
The first room that was proposed to me, had very bad windows, they could not close properly, so it sounded like you were in the street with all the noises. The other room that I got, had better window, but was still not soundproof. The water in the shower goes down too slowly, the shower head and its holder should be replaced too. The washing machine was only decoration - it did not work. The dishwasher worked but had a very bad smell and had broken glass pieces inside from previous guests. The curtains are not dark enough and do not close properly, so you cannot make darkness for sleeping.

Great locality in city centre, apartment was nice, big and clean
quite complicated hand-over of keys very noisy locality due to big crossroad - it was impossible to keep windows open and air-conditioning was not working well, it was very hot in room (I cannot imagine to stay here during summer) no place where to put towels in bathroom, doors were broken and we could not lock the bathroom

Great location, spacious and modern (if you don’t look too closely at the wear and tear). Our apartment faced a side street so it was fairly quiet.
This apartment could have been excellent with some small easy changes and a bit of effort put in. Arrival instructions were very unclear. (For future guests: upon arrival at no. 3 Krawiecka, take the lift to the first floor. Go through the glass door and follow the corridor to door number 18, which is the reception). A handbook with instructions for all the appliances would have been helpful. The TV and Wi-Fi signal were intermittent. It would have been nice to have a few basic items to welcome you on arrival until you’ve had time to go to a local shop. I would recommend someone from Silver Apartments inspects the apartment to carry out basic repairs e.g. bathroom lock, curtains hanging off the hooks etc. The towels were torn and frayed which is unacceptable. There was no bath mat. In the kitchen there is nowhere to place hot items or an oven glove/ cloth to take hot items out of the microwave. There was a strange mix of odd numbers of cutlery and crockery. There was no draining board for washing up (and not even a few token dishwasher tablets) but there was some washing up liquid, which was helpful. Small improvements would make it a fully functional apartment. It doesn’t seem like much pride is taken in making this a great place to stay, and I see that Silver Apartments haven’t acted on previous comments which come up time and again in reviews.

Bed linen not the cleanest, some stains on it. No plate in the microwave and sofa not the cleanest.

The location was very close to the center, 5 min walk. We had everything we needed during our 2 night stay. Parking was provided and charged additional.
