Needs refurbishment, washing your hands in the wash basin was difficult and usually led to getting your clothes wet.

good location, close to the train station and 15 minutes to the old place.
They did not fulfill the agreement on a sleeping place. We booked the hotel in advance. Due to an error in the booking system, a manager contacted us less than a week before arrival and announced that they would not be able to put an extra bed for a child. We were offered a king-size bed (it was announced on the phone that it would be 180 cm wide). At that time, we did not have the opportunity to quickly find a new hotel, so we agreed to the announced conditions. Upon arrival, it turned out that the bed was 140 cm. We were offered a free breakfast instead, but it didn't suit us, because sleeping on a 140 cm bed with a child is just uncomfortable. The bed for the child was put on the second day in the evening. Initially, there were 2 pillows, two blankets and two sets of towels for three people in the room. And for three full days, the room was never cleaned and the trash was not taken out. Despite the fact that the staff was polite and correct, it was obvious that the hotel was not ready for our check-in.

Excellent breakfast with lots of variety including warm food. Quiet room with great air conditioning. Good location - 10-15 minutes walk from the train station and similarly to the old town. Bag storage available both before check-in and after check-out.
Limited TV channels, particularly regarding sport. Not so important as we don't go on holiday to watch TV.

Location.
We had a room with a strange wallpapers, we didn't liked the climate ;). Also, it was a room which could be extended into double room, I also don't like such solutions as we needed one room only. This was not that comfortable for us.

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff seemed friendly. Liked the food in the bar/restaurant. It was reasonably close to the old town. Clean.
The bar/ restaurant closed at 7pm on Sunday and was closed on Monday. A bit noisy from the road ( to be expected really and the trams dont run in the night). The toiletries in the room werent very good. Drying to skin. No hair conditioner or body cream. ( only had hand wash, shower gel and shampoo) we only had under seat bags on plane so had to go and buy toiletries. Tea bags and creamer werent topped up. We could however get some from the lobby. Coffee was not nice but I dont like instant coffee. There was a machine in the lobby

The hotel is close to the office where I work
The room has a strong odor and is infested with silverfish and other insects. Additionally, avoid rooms facing the main road, as there are often late-night service workshops to repair tram railways, resulting in unbearable noise.

Room was big enough. Big plus was to have A/C. Breakfast was excellent. For an extra fee one can use the garage in the basement.
Elimination of daily cleaning. Leave it up to the guest to decide about it and offer a small discount for the days the guest will refrain from getting his/ her room to be cleaned.

The breakfast can absolutely be marked outstanding among the hotels ever lived. Location is easy to reach and also close to the old town.
The room feels a bit old and tiny but still clean overall.

Staff very friendly. Ate a nice meal in the restaurant as we were too tired to venture out after walking all day seeing the sights. 10 mins walk to the railway station.Public trams across the street.10 mins easy walk to old town

Very comfortable location for my business trip, close to both office and railway station. Fast check-in and check-out. Good staff. Great breakfast. Comfortable bathroom.
