The room was massive. We reached at 2am in the morning. Checkin was quick and easy. We booked for a superior park view room but were given a business suite. It was absolutely massive. It was very clean and very roomy. Very comfortable beds, excellent shower room. The breakfast was good as well, though the staff felt a bit rushed due to the number of people. Maybe because we went during peak times. Enough choice and good quality food. The location was excellent for Rynek to visit the Christmas markets. Does justice to the star rating of Radisson Blu.

We came with friends and all of us enjoyed our stay! Staff was very helpful and nice, our room was ready before noon, rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable! We had breakfast in hotel and it was very good too! Great value for money, wonderful service, would highly recommend. Old town in 7-10 min walk, great location! Thank you Radisson, you never disappoint

Comfortable bed, location.
Not a Radisson standard, glass desk (try working with a mouse and laptop on it), walls in the room with pencil / pen markings (supposedly "business class" as written on the room door), no staff in the restaurant on Sunday around 19:00 (waited for about 10 minutes and then had to just leave hungry :( ). Overall a huge disappointment, nowhere near Radisson in other Polish cities.

Just about everything - excellent staff, large comfortable room, great breakfast and a 10-15 minutes’ walk to the old town. I also fully support their eco-friendly policies regarding cleaning and towel usage. I cannot understand why anyone needs someone to clean and tidy their room, make the bed and replace towels - everyday!!
The sauna! have rated this hotel as a deserving 10, and I only mention one negative point because, wherever possible, I often choose a hotel solely because they offer a sauna facility. Among a few issues that need improving the main one was that, apart from my first day, it wasn’t hot (40-50c) A helpful young woman tried to help but her supervisor sounded quite rude and disrespectful to her when she called him. Still a great hotel
