The room was looked after for the duration of my stay. All the standard facilities you'd expect of a Radisson. Welcomed pleasantly and swiftly in the early hours of the morning. Nice window view.
There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was catered for with regard to my requirements. A couple more clothes hangers wouldn't go amiss!

Hotel doesnt have enouth of the parking.
Staff was unhappy, unfriendly and unwilling to help. Parking garage was full and I was told to park at some point around the hotel. Was no parking available. Asked staff for sugestions and got zero support on situation. In general random person on a street was more helpful that the staff of the hotel.

I was charge twice for the parking. I paid upfront, then on departure my partner was charged again. I was out of the hotel and he was told that it was not paid, so he paid

Room was business class and really spacious ... The staff was helpful and restaurant was good too...
Several times I was blocked outside because either the key was not working or the issue was with the lock itself... I had to get down 3 times to lobby to fix the issue and at the end the staff had to come to open the door manually for me.
