Beds were excellent. breakfast was excellent. Staff at the reception was friendly and welcome.
I also appreciate that hotel have other amenities (poll, sauna jacuzzi). However little limited space in sauna and missing the place for having a rest after sauna.
I like soda bar for free on each floor offered sparkling or cold water and I have to mention free coffee machine at the reception.

Pool supervisor could be more customer oriented. For example to check the towels in cloak room and not to let customer wait long time for new one.
For sauna, only towels were offered and their 60cm width is not enough for ladies to cover their all intimate parts. Thus majority of people were having sauna in swimming suit.

This was a very nice property!
I believe it was about the closest property to the Old Town in Wroclaw that I saw once I explored the area.
The staff especially Maria was most welcoming and helpful.
The room was spacious for a European hotel room. The breakfast was included and absolutely amazing. There was even a little play area in the corner for children if they were bored. The stairways if you wished not to take the elevator were always clean and smelt very clean.
The pool, sauna and spa were also very accommodating for a small hotel.
I have nothing but wonderful things to stay and when I return to Wroclaw this is where I will stay.
I do not have anything bad to say.
There is a very limited gym in the pool area but I don’t think that could be changed.

Wonderful
The location for this hotel is fantastic. The breakfast is outstanding with a wide variety of choices and fresh food. The staff is very friendly. The hotel's parking was expensive, but the staff suggested parking by the theatre. The theater parking was much less and not too far away.
The airconditioning does not work very well. It was hot.

- Large, clean and quiet room
- Nice location in the middle of Wrocław
- It's not possible to make the room completely dark. The curtains are not so good.
- I was extremely disappointed by the so-called "spa". The spa was the reason I chose this hotel. However, I would not call it a spa. There is just a very small sauna you can use but directly besides the swimming pool where families and children are playing very loud. Not so chilling pop music was played. People entered the sauna with their swimming suit making everything completely wet. Adults were speaking loudly with their children in the sauna. Everyone I saw coming out of the sauna directly jumped into the pool with all their sweat. For me, this is a no-go and disgusting and the reason I did not go into the pool. My evening in the "spa" was definitively not relaxing and I would not recommend it to someone that needs a spa.

The staff was friendly. The cost was understandably higher because of its location. The room was good sized, clean and well-eqipped.
The carpet in the hallways was worn and stained. The cups in our room were dirty, and the outlet was loose, so that when I plugged in my laptop there were sparks!

Building is only paryly in use meaning that reception is out of the way and reception lift not in use. Landing carpets show years of discoloration, presumably from cleaners' trollies.

Excellent hotel right in the city centre. All the staff are brilliant special mention to Micholaj on reception very attentive and efficient.
Breakfast is very good plenty of choice and friendly staff.
Pool area is good.
If traveling by car best to park at hotel yo unload the bags and then get the parking out of the way which is a bit confusing to get to. But use google maps and should be ok

Location was amazing. Right in the old town. Could walk everywhere. Breakfast was good and staff was helpful. Room was well lit unlike many other hotels we stayed in. Wroclaw is an understated Gem and we loved the dwarves and the multiple squares. Beautiful
Bed was too soft and no sockets near the bed for charging. AC was weak. We hd to open the window for cool air

Room was very spacious. Staff was incredibly friendly. Breakfast is fantastic, lots of options. Very close to stare miasto.
Sauna takes quite a bit to warm up. Staff advises to give it 25 min. In my case, 25 was not enough. So, if you are going to use it, plan accordingly, youll need to give it at least 40 I'd say. It's no big deal, some sauna's take a bit longer to warm up.

Nice, clean room. I liked having a single bed and more space with a table in the room instead of just a big bed that I really don't need.
There were only 2 places to sit (two chaise lounges) in the pool / sauna area. They were occupied. There was no place to relax after using the pool and sauna. Not even a plastic chair. We had to sit on the floor.

Best location for city-center dynamic and a world-class breakfast that was better than most 4-stars hotels I've stayed in. The staff was lovely and the mattress extra comfy.
The building is old and a bit dated, which can be charming if you enjoy historic places. However, the air conditioning was outdated and ineffective (room 516), making the room uncomfortably warm at night (fixed by an open window and earplugs against street noises). Also, the parking is simply a private parking in a square 5min walking distance and very expensive.
