I really like the staff. They are nice and very helpful. The hotel is clean and very cosy and I love their drinks available in the lobby: tea, coffee, hot chocolate, etc, free of charge.
We also received a free entrance to Krupa Art Foundation.
The location is amazing: very close to the Old Town, in a very calm neighborhood, with restaurants around and a very cosy book store/café..
I think the room was a little small and the bathroom was a little small.. it does have a curtain to separate from the room. If the other person in the room goes to the door, everything in visible in the bathroom...
For the price, I would have loved a little more space and privacy.

I really appreciate the nice, helpful staff - it does make a difference. I had some problem with water pressure in my shower and they were helpful solving this problem. I like that's a small, cozy hotel with a nice design - it creates a welcoming, restful feeling. Also the coffee/tea in the lobby is nice :) Room was very clean and also nicely arranged (e.g. the light sensor in the bathroom is so good on the eyes for the night "trips" to pee ;) ) A big pro is that is located very close to everything.
The room is more or less sound-isolated, but I still could hear some traffic noise from the street (I am quite sensitive to the sounds) - thankfully my ear plugs solved that problem.

Excellent location, close to all main attractions. The room was great, very clean. The breakfast was also very good, and the staff very helpful and very friendly. The bar is also quite nice. There are also many restaurants and bars nearby.
