The staff is always attentive, always ready to help. The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the center. Convenient parking. Excellent SPA, especially the steam rooms there are two and a jacuzzi.

We spent a night in a deluxe room and the experience was amazingly positive. The room was very cozy and elegant and the wellness area, which is included in the price, was a wonderful plus to the experience. There is a cardio area, steam room, finnish sauna, a jacuzzi and a billiard room, and you can also access to other services. The staff members were super kind. Everything was taken care of to the smallest detail and I strongly suggest this hotel. You will not only have a beautiful accommodation, but also an extremely relaxing experience.

I’ve been here twice and I would love to come back. The price-quality is worth it, there are not many places like this for this price. Also the hotel itself is special like an old palace and not a usual hotel.

The outside of the palace is nice.
Limited availability of breakfast selection. Very small parking that costs a lot. My initial room was damaged - the frame of the door was barely hanging. Weird sounds coming from the bathroom like something was falling apart. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. The towels were destroyed. The lamp was barely hanging. I asked to switch rooms which was agreed. However the second room also had damaged towels and dirty walls around the bed area, but room was better than the first one. Hotel definitely does not deserve “5 stars”.

The room was nice and spacious with an amazing view of the forest. Good location, friendly staff, breakfast needs some improvement. Not many selection available. SPA was amazing
Not particularly happy with two small duvet covers for a couple. The whole point of a king bed is to be in same bed under the same bed cover with your partner. Definitely not a five star hotel I'd give it 3 and half stars.

I can only recommend this hotel. It scored 9 and not 10 only because of a minor inconvenience. Namely an event with a party until 3 am. However, when I complained about the noise, we were immediately offered an alternative room, further away from the dance hall. As the second room was in theory a lower grade room we also got a discount for our stay. (This room was equally nice and spacious). The palace part, as well as the new-built areas are beautiful and all amenities of high standards. All staff were very friendly and helpful, accommodating even special requests. Exceptionally delicious breakfast.
We were not informed about the party at check in.
