Room temperature (chilly), noise at 6am form nearby construction site, low water pressure in the morning shower and also the water temperature kept changing itself. I had executive room on 11th floor. Didn't figure it out, to get water I had to take empty glass bottle (with info that you could buy it) form the room desk and go to corridor to fill it up ;) Water station was next to the elevator. Poor communication of this feature. That's not what you expect from hotel of Novotel class.

Excellent reception, clean hotel, and perfect services, but..very understaffed restaurant — the poor employees simply could not keep up..but the staff who were there were amazing. But this is probably common across aloof Poland. And please spare us those supposedly important eco-friendly, green EU recommendations in the rooms. We DONT WANT need your leftist progressive propaganda.

Ok
The receptionist was not at all friendly during check-in, and I suggest that she be given customer service training, as the hotel should have a high -star standard. This is my first time at the Novatel Wrocław hotel, and I don't think I will ever book a room there again.
Please ask the receptionist to learn from the Novatel City West Kraków hotel or another Novatel branch, as I am a regular customer of Novatel hotels throughout Europe.
