Maybe a bit sad but I like that Novotel are the same everywhere, when you just need a comfortable place to sleep and don't want to deal with any unexpectedness.
I think the air conditioning didn't work.

very good location. close to the city center, which is easily accessible.suitable for a night in transit.
the hotel is quite worn out. the carpet is very dirty and dusty. a lot of dust on all the objects in the room. the rooms are not properly ventilated and the air conditioning is not functional. the bathrooms are small, especially the shower, which can be a problem if you are a little taller and fatter. also, the fan in the bathroom does not work.

Within walking distance of city centre. We only staid one night as we were travelling further east. A well organised,clean hotel. Nice and friendly staff, parking in front.
Being a business hotel is lacks character. But that is not perse a bad thing… it delivered to us (comfortable, save, clean and friendly, engaged, staff) what is promised on the tin.

One of the best hotels to stay in Wrocław. The rooms are spacious and well soundproofed, ensuring a comfortable and quiet stay. The breakfast is delicious with a good variety of options, and the staff are kind and helpful. The location is also convenient—just a 25-minute walk or a 15-minute tram ride to the Old Town.
The bathrooms are quite small, which might be inconvenient for some guests. The shower water flow is weak, and the air conditioner, while functioning, is quite noisy—similar to older, traditional units—which could disturb light sleepers.

Excellent location for a nice walk into the centre, fantastic staff who went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Great choice for breakfast and lovely food, evening meal was also a good range and excellent food.
