The location is perfect, 5 minutes from the market square and right next to (actually in the same building) the big shopping mall. The rooms were freshly renovated and very spacious, with an electric kettle and a set of teas. There was also a water dispenser in the corridor to easily fill up the water vase. The breakfast was delicious and included a variety of products.

Receptionists were rude and very unhostable. I asked for 1 hour later check out and they said they are fully booked but still had vacancy open on booking.com. No real info about how enter hotel from garage. Uncomfortable beds.

The breakfast was really good and with a rich variety fo salty and sweet products. The staff at the reception was very kind and helpful to all my questions about my staying. There was not noise from other rooms and I appreciated that the towels were refreshed and the bathroom was cleaned every day. I really enjoyed my staying at Mercure Hotel and I would like to choose it again in the future. Greetings from Greece and thank you for your professional hospitality.
