Friendly, helpful and welcoming staffs. Room is pretty basic but has everything we needed. Spacious and clean room with a big bathroom. Comfortable bed , has coffee/ tea facilities and TV. The water dispenser in the hall way in each floor is great! Excellent breakfast with a lot of variation of foods is fantastic. 5 minutes walk to the Christmas market just across the street. I would have given a score of 10 if it wasnt noisy as our room was facing a busy road. Otherwise it's a 9/10 for us. Highly recommended. Very good value for money and will definitely stay here again.

Maybe nothing exceptional about the room because it was pretty basic, but it had all I needed. The location in the centre of the Old Town was great, it was neat and clean, bed was comfortable, everything was working, good value for money!
Nothing that I would miss for a single night stay.

Location is great, you can get to the Rynek in 5 minutes by foot. Clean rooms and very nice stuff
