The room was clean. Staff worked around my dog. Though a little out of the center there was very good public transportation. We got places without changing.
The 2 big things were 1)slow check and 2) its on a busy street. Tram noise, racing motorcycles, etc. Windows had to be open; no A/C.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel, in very spacious room with kitchen and big bathroom. The hotel is in noisy area with trams, but who is used to has no problem. It is not far from centre, about 15min walk distance. Very rich breakfast. Kind staff.

The hotel is very modern, big, clean, staff are friendly, good hot shower, heater on, they gave me a quiet room, breakfast is EXCELLENT with pierogi and + , 12 pm check out and they let me check out a little bit late, free cold water :) They have a dinner restaurant or you can go to one of the restaurants/cafe close to the hotel.
You must go by train to the old town.
They have car parking but I don’t know anything about it because I didn’t use it.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. One very good point is that we found that an apparent area was bigger than we expected, which made the room more comfortable and bright. Unfortunately, we have stayed for one night only, but for the next time, I will definitely stay here.
There was just a very small problem in our room. It was a bit difficult to adjust the hand shower.

Room with balcony. Clean. Lovely clean room. The bed wasn't really 1 big double as ordered. It was a 2 beds together. And 2 mattresses were a bit uncomfortable for a couple. Big hole in the middle. Sorry, it wasn't great. The rest was OK. Receptionists were fantastic and helpful. Towels clean. The room was lovely. Nice place. Street from train station to the hotel was very dark.Not working Street lights, unfortunately. For a single person, it is quite uncomfortable to walk alone. Place quite fare from old city. Good parking. Nice restaurant. Still for winter, it's too dark to walk alone from the train station to the hotel. Overall the hotel is very nice.Thank you.

This hotel is a very good choice if you are in Wroclaw. Our suite was perfect for a one night stay, but it would have been fine also for a longer time. We had a spacious and comfortable room with perfect zoning and a small balcony. Good quality of furniture, including designer furniture. We evaluated a rational solution for family accommodations - light sliding doors between the bedroom and the living area.
In our suite, we had a compact, well-planned and functional kitchen area with a fridge, electric stove, kettle and all the necessary utensils.
Parking for hotel guests - underground (easy access by elevator) and parking lots around the hotel.
Nice restaurant. Very good breakfast, rich choice for different tastes.
Kind and responsive staff.
There is no air conditioning. But in hot summer day we had a powerful fan in the room.

Disappointing
The room itself was very nice. The design was modern and everything was clean. The bathroom in particular was very good. The bed was not great, but tolerable. I'm writing one more sentence so that I can post this.
