We booked 2 rooms for 1 night, transiting through Wroclaw. The staff is friendly. The room is simple, but is clean and has everything needed and we were promptly provided with an additional blanket when we asked. The breakfast was also ok.
Our main criteria was to be close to the train station and have a quiet stay. After reading the reviews, during the booking I specified that we'd like rooms on the quiet side. When we arrived, I again reiterated this request to the lady at the reception. She looked at our reservation and said yes, here are your rooms 323 and 325. I don't know if the other rooms are even noisier, but these are not quiet. Moreover, the sound isolation between the rooms is also poor. Either way, for us it was a disappointing experience.

The room was spacious, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was good. I spent 3 nights there and would go back.
The only issue was that my room was situated right next to the lifts, which made it pretty noisy.

The Staff were great and helpful at all times whenever I needed some assistance or guidance. The bar was conveniently placed and the Staff there were helpful throughout our stay.
If you have any valuables you may want to reconsider. The room didn't had a safe and it was lacking a rubbish bin of some sort. The beds were comfortable but the pillows and such not so much in terms that pillows were small and hard.

We liked the location (close to the city centre by tram or the railway station by walk). The room was comfy and nice. The price was fair.
The room could have had openable windows to get some more fresh air into the room.

Staff were friendly and helpful, we needed an early check in and they facilitated it for us with no problem.
Location was good for us as we were going to Nasypowa.
The bed was uncomfortable as the mattress topper had seen better days and was keeping you slanting slideways like a ramp!

Trash pick up at 7 am. It woke me up way too early. Lack of slippers.
