Convenient location
Air conditioning wasn't working properly, was to warm in the room. It was impossible to set demand temperature and in the morning was showing 24°C .
Way too high especially when outside is warm as well.

The best restaurant I have ever been too. Very good quality food worth waiting. The apethizer was amazing.
I liked the theme of the hotel that was Alice in the Wonderland. Amazing idea.

I had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was excellent—fresh, with plenty of choices. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and the overall experience was great. The staff was incredibly kind and even allowed me to stay an extra two hours at no extra charge due to my later flight. Fantastic service, delicious food, and a perfect location!

That it was clean, and there was a kettle in the room plus water outlets in the corridor.
Staff at the reception could be more welcoming. When I was checking in, the person at the reception looked like he was so done with the job.

I had a fantastic stay at Ibis Styles Wroclaw Centrum! The staff were absolutely lovely, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and stylish, with an unbeatable location—right by a bus stop where the airport bus drops you off, and the ticket cost less than £1!
I stayed in Room 501, and it was amazing—huge, with vast windows offering incredible city views. The bathroom was lovely, the TV was great, and the bed was super comfy, but the real star? The pillows! Honestly, the best I have ever slept on—I need to find out what they are so I can buy them!
The location is perfect, with easy access to the city and Old Town, just a 2-minute walk to transport and about 15 minutes into the center.
Breakfast had plenty of options and a spacious dining area, but I felt it could have been better. There was no toaster for making toast, which would have been a nice addition, and the baked beans were only lukewarm both days. Not the best buffet I’ve had, but definitely not the worst either.
If you like Thai food, I highly recommend Fod Chai Thai—absolutely amazing food, and my 20-minute Uber ride only cost around £4, which is incredible value!
Overall, a spotless, well-run hotel with fantastic staff. I would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!
