The location was very good for the old town. The room was clean. Round the clock front desk with helpful stall.
The room was very basic and it could have been better with more than one power socket and a kettle to boil water - with tea or coffee.

Excellent location of the property. Room was a bit small for 3 people but was clean and beds were very comfortable. No mirror on the desk/dressing table was a minus. Also, I'd expect a kettle in the room in this kind of hotel. It wasn't there. In one of the rooms, only one TV channel was available but because we stayed only one night, we could overlook this inconvenience. Breakfast on a boat next to the hotel was amazing! Great variety of food and all nicely presented and so delicious and nutritious. Friendly staff, beautiful surroundings.

Great location in aprox 15/20 mins from Old Town on foot, continental breakfast - wide range to choose from;
We are not happy with the room. We chose a family room for 3 people, with 2 single beds and 1 double bed, squeezed into a tiny room. There was no space at all.
Only one socket in the room (where the radiator was already plugged in), so no chance to charge 3 phones at the same time; however, we were given an extension cord when we asked for it (still not ideal).
No kettle in the room, you can't make yourself coffee or tea, if you want one, you have to pay for it at the reception!
The door could only be locked with a key when you are inside, otherwise it would open all the time.
No wardrobe in the room, only a few hangers, but not enough space for 3 people.
The receptionists were not friendly and arrogant (apart from the 2 we dealt with when we arrived and when we left).
The bathroom could be improved a bit, there is no space for cosmetics, creams, etc.

Great location close to team and walking distance to town
Breakfast was nice food selection of hot and cold foods
The towels need replacing are very worn
No kettle for tea and coffee in the rooms, there is a machine downstairs where you can pay for a cup however they don’t have milk if that’s important to you, maybe worth giving each room a couple of vouchers to use??
PowerPoints in the room was hard to come by, could use a couple of updated usb points perhaps?
