Congratulations on using water dispenser instead of plastic bottles. This made a very good impression. Location is just perfect, breakfast was nice, the room was clean and comfortable. They accepted my request for a bed next to the wall, and they have an option for early check-in.

great location, the building is beautiful, very friendly and accommodating staff, delicious and generous breakfast. The room was perfect for a short stay. The location is great - you're basically in the city square. Small shops, cafes, restaurants right at your fingertips.
I could hear other guests snoring through the walls, and I got woken up by cars racing through the streets at night. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were inconsistent.

Great location, nice breakfast. It was also next door to a great Thai massage place.
My room was on the end, outside of the usual row of rooms, and had a structural beam in the way by the foot of the bed and the bathroom. It was an odd setup.

Location was great. Buffett breakfast was excellent. Size of room was good.
Bath no shower was very difficult to use. The faucet diverter handle broke they never fixed it despite reporting it twice. There were very few electrical outlets and zero near the bed. Beds were on the safe side and not good on back.

A Wroclaw issue not the hotels….but the extremely loud car engines all night long is a lot. Never encountered this in any other city.

Everything, the hotel itself is in the best location, with a dwarf right outside lol. The facilitites in the hotel and nearby are all you will need and the room was extremely comfortable.

Large comfortable room.
Pulsating music started about 11:30pm on Friday and Saturday nights and continued until 5:00am. The internet was very weak.

The location cannot be more central, the rooms are spacious, clean and modern, and the breakfast is amazing. I've staid at half a dozen hotels in the city and this one is an excellent value for the money in Wroclaw.

The breakfast had a huge variety of food available and was really amazing! The value for money was amazing, we stayed right in the city centre.
Unfortunately, our room had windows placed next to (I presume) a vent right outside which resulted in an annoying, humming sound 24/7. We could hear it even with closed windows. The staff could have been a bit nicer.
