Wonderful location and breakfast. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
The noise of the bathroom from the other room was very loud, every use of the shower or toilet was audible in our room. With the light switch next to bed you could only switch off the lights in the room, to switch them back on you had to get up and walk to the entrance of the room. What even worse, the same switch next to bed was also switching off all the lights in the bathroom, what was really annoying for the other person who was in the bathroom at this moment. By the way, the room was dark even during the day with all lights on. The only one armchair in the double room was very uncomfortable. Apparently the interior designer had no sense of functionality on his mind. There was only single pillow for each person, so we had to ask for the second one. There was now way to prepare tea in the room, when we called the reception, the lady brought us the teapot with only one black tea sachet, so we had to share it - there was also one green and one rooibos sachet, that we don't drink.

The room was very spacious and impeccably clean, and the location was fantastic.
First of all, the soundproofing wasn’t great. We could hear noise from outside, and one night we were disturbed by loud music from a neighboring room, which interfered with our sleep. Also, I found the room a bit too dark, as the lighting wasn’t ideal. Lastly, there was a small issue with the shower: water tended to leak through a little gap between the shower glass and the bathtub.

Located in the city center. And we liked a very comfortable bed!
The breakfast in the hotel is too prices for the quality of the food…. really disappointing!
Also the design of the bathroom. They provide the shower option in the bathroom with the bath, but it’s badly designed so all the water is going on the floor making the bathroom very wet!

The Hotel Monopol in Wrocław is a truly exceptional establishment, and I completely agree that its location and historical significance are its greatest strengths. Situated just a stone's throw from the vibrant Main Market Square, it provides the perfect base for exploring the city's main attractions, charming streets, and array of restaurants.
The air conditioning was loud, forcing a choice between noise and heat. The mattress was uncomfortable and transferred movement easily. There were no power sockets near the bed.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional in every way. From the moment I entered the stylish lobby, I sensed the special atmosphere of elegance and exclusivity. The welcome was warm and highly professional – every request was anticipated before it was even spoken.
The room left nothing to be desired: high-quality materials, an elegant design, and meticulous details ensured the utmost comfort. I was particularly impressed by the attentive concierge service and the perfect housekeeping, which was always discreet and immaculate.
The hotel's culinary offerings were also outstanding. Both the breakfast and the à la carte menus in the restaurant were characterized by the highest quality, refined presentation, and excellent service.
What makes this hotel truly unique is the authentic hospitality of the entire team. Every employee acted with a blend of professionalism, genuine warmth, and attention to detail, making the stay an unforgettable experience.
I can recommend this hotel to anyone who values luxurious service, first-class comfort, and an all-round perfect experience. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

We had the most amazing stay at Hotel Monopol. Centrally located and within easy walking distance to the city centre. Beautiful spa facilities, great service in the bar and restaurant, and very helpful and accommodating reception staff. Highly recommended!
