A really good value hotel with a delicious breakfast included. Spacious ,warm comfy room with en suite facilities and a free safe deposit box .
It wasn't a big issue for me but its location (a couple of kilometres outside the city centre in a well- to- do residential area ) may not suit everyone, but it is well served by frequent buses D ,111,116,121,131,151 and a night bus 241 ( free local travel for all travellers 65 plus )and taxis are reasonably priced .

Location next to the river path for an easy 15 minute walk to the tram stop. Modern facility, extensive breakfast buffet and dinner at the bistro was good.
35zl per night for parking the motorcycle was unreasonable.

3 bed room was way more spacious in photos than in reality. They have only one spacious 3-bed room that they use in photos, but other two rooms that had 3 beds were really small and beds were about half a meter apart.
Other rooms with 2 beds didn't have air conditioning. Was very hard to sleep because it was 32 degrees that day.
Hotel has huge parking lot, but you have to pay for parking.
Very bad coffee.

Good breakfast and comfortable bed
On warm days and early nights it can be noisy because there is no air conditioning and when the window faces the road it is annoying

Good price, clean and smooth check-in.
Extra charge for parking with no other option, when arrived. I would rather pay extra when booking, than doing this strange way.
