Wonderful
The place is pretty good. De beds are decent, the rooms are clean and very spacious for a hostel and the bathroom was also big and in perfect condition. Staff are good and the location is decent, around 20 min walking from the Old town. I havo not a single complain about the place and woould recommend for solo travelers. I dont give it 5 stars just because everything is fine but nothing is great, only the space in the rooms and bathroom i would put at excelent.

The hostel is super good and they have lockers with keys ( you don't need to bring them)
The rooms are spacious and super clean.
The breakfast is okay, not many options but it's also not expensive. You get what you pay for

this is the 2nd time for me to stay here. I can say, this time was a great improvement over the last time -- well-organized & well-run. Loved the breakfast, it was most certainly worth the price! The staff were quite lovely & helpful ... the room itself was just fine (lockers, comfy bed, bathroom was just fine!) -- certainly, when you share rooms with others, so much of it comes down to 'who' your room-mates are! But, I would certainly stay there again --- this place is only 15 minutes or so from the train station ... PS there is a Zabka nearby!
it would be nice to have access to a fridge to put drinks or sandwiches or whatever -- or a kettle to make some tea. there is an extra charge to use the kitchen, which i totally understand to keep things in order -- but having access to a fridge is always nice.

everything was great. Staff is amazing and helped me. Room was super clean and nice as I expected on the photos. I stayed couple of hours and loved it. If'll need a room again, I'll use it for sure. Fully recommended!

I stayed in a 6 bed dorm room, which was large with good sized lockers and a table and chairs in the room as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are other reviews I read where people were disappointed to pay more for the kitchen however seeing as the hostel is very inexpensive, I believe that 5 PLN is reasonable to be able to use the kitchen, I found that not many others used the kitchen when I was there as well, potentially as a result of this. I had a nice stay and the hostel achieved its goal of a comfortable, clean place to stay.
I didn't love having the key card as an app on my phone and would have preferred a physical card but it didn't detract from the experience either.

I liked that it had breakfast downstairs, was straightforward and clean. Great location! Near the station and amazing price.
The key was digital but that’s a plus and can be a con depending. I personally didn’t want to download an app to use as a key card.

Rude receptionist. She didn’t greet me and every request I had was answered passive-aggressively and with a definite NO. A little reminder that she works in the HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY wouldn’t hurt her. The facilities are bad and the bunks are uncomfortable. The rooms face a noisy street with no AC to cool down.

Very nice professional hostel, everything was very clean and we'll maintained, with daily cleaning, the shared room feels almost like a hotel.
The locations was just fine, not in the city center but not far from it.
The common areas are a bit small and it does not looks very social, but it's ok
The kitchen has an extra cost, which is understandable as it is an inexpensive accommodation, but it needs to be considered in the cost if it's planned to cook or have things in the fridge.
The front desk staff was not friendly but helpful

Comfortable bed in a 4 person dorm. There was a plug in the bed and a bathroom for the dorm. The downstairs had a working area with plugs. Not a far walk from Wroclaw centre.
Just to use the kitchen was a small extra fee, even just to wash a dish.
You need to download a clearly Chinese app to turn your phone into your room key. It felt a bit sketchy and I undownloaded it immediately after check-out.

Pleasant
Super comfy, nice spacious bathroom and clean. Very clean actually.
Sleeping in felt great, the beds were comfortable and the rooms airy with opnened windows.
Staff is super helpful, speaks great english and is very understanding of issues.

The property feels a little like an amusement park in the way that they’re trying to make money off of you in every possible way. Kitchen is extra, towels are extra, the coffemachine in the lobby is not cheap and you have to download an app for the keycard for your room. All that on the slow wifi, unless of course you upgrade.
They had somewhat of a hug problem as well. Our first room was swarmed with flies, though the staff was nice and gave us a new one.
