Room as described. Located in a residential area, walking distance to tram/bus stop and major groceries stores. Clear and easy check-in and check-out instruction.
Wifi password didn't work. Message the host but never got a response. Beds were too soft for us. Some of the people from other rooms lacked some basic etiquette: 1- Shared kitchen fridge was full of their provision, no space left for others. 2- Plates and pans left around the kitchen sink. 3- Bowls and water bottles left on the shared kitchen table. 4- Talking loudly at night in the corridor and kitchen.

Upon arrival we were given a room which we did not book, and when asked about the change we were told it was what we booked. Once we gave proof it wasn't we were told that the others had been booked by another big group so nothing could be done about it, but they would call tomorrow. So we sought alternative accommodation as we were being gaslight so had no desire to stay. When we received a call the next day there was now a 3rd reason given for the wrong room being that the floors were being redone, so which was it? We still don't know. I wouldn't have been too fussed had we been notified in advance and not lied to when asking about it, but alas.

This hotel was a great option to stay overnight for several days. It is a cool very with everything you might need inside.
Please kindly fix hooks for towels, cause a glue was bad, an d all 3 hooks always fell down.
Also one online question about car parkings stayed unanswered. But solved the problem by ourselves.

Loved the bed , it was so comfortable, the bathroom was extremely spacious and it was incredibly clean , staff left a little sweetie with towels for us as well.
The stairs are quite small so it was hard bringing a big luggage that we had up the stairs. And there was no shower gel just for a quick rinse off but thats nothing to worry about.

The apartments were equipped with all the neccessary cooking stuff, such as pans, microvawe, etc. There's also a TV with a bathroom (equipped with towels, but without the shampoo). Apartments are also located in a quiet neighbourhood with well-stuffed shops in a couple of minutes away.
I couldn't find the wi-fi connection, however I had a card with connection details description. At least, it didn't influence my stay a lot.
