Location is just a few blocks for the city center / mall. Convenient Public parking is underground next to hotel.

Wonderful
Very convenient location, close to city center, trams, shops, grocery store (Zabka). Kind staff, speaks EN well, let us park few hours longer after the check-out, appreciate it! The room was the best though - we were there with two small kids and we got a room with actually two rooms so it was very convenient. The first room had sofa and extra bed - not super comfortable but alright for two nights, got a good sleep there. I appreciated the small "circus tent" with some toys for the kids, really nice touch! The room and bathroom were clean and during the night surprisingly quiet although one room was to the street. Very low noise coming in though. Nice breakfast and staff there.
If you need to go underground garage, it is quite narrow road there. Not much the hotel can do about it, but just FYI. With larger car it must be a bit more tricky to get in/out.
Not sure if AC/heating worked at all. The room was a bit cold and the thermostat did not do much. The air in the room would really need to open windows or AC to work better.

Location
The staff were students. They arenot enough capable for solving all problems.
Although we were told that no payment would be taken and it was only for verification purposes, on one occasion they attempted to charge my account, so I immediately blocked my card. On the other occasions, even though they assured us that no money would be withdrawn and it was only for verification, thankfully the system did not allow any payment. However, this situation has made me very uneasy, and I have now closed all of my credit cards for security reasons.

Pleasant
The staff was very friendly. The cleaning lady did not ignore our request not to enter the room. There was a safe in the room. The hotel was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable and clean.
I didnt like that i had to pay extra for parking my car.
I also didnt like that some days there was breakfast, and some days there wasnt and you had to 'order' your breakfast. It might not matter to most people, but when youre travelling with children it is the high point of the kids day, to see the buffet and get to choose what they want. HOWEVER, on days that there was breakfast, it was very good and tasty.
I also didnt like the extra stuffed animals in the room. My children travel with their own stuffed animals. And stuffed animals are notorious for being bug infested. I dont want my kids cuddling up to some stuffed animal whose history I dont know. Its kind of disgusting to be honest. BUT: we really loved the little princess castle in the room. The girls LOVED that. So keep the princess castle but get rid of the mangy old stuffed animals :)

Starting with reception, Adam, everything was exceptional. Adam was professional, courteous and very helpful. Getting us settled and showing us where to go. The room was a little on the small side however very comfortable. We only stayed here one night, but it was well worth it. The hotel is very close to the center of the old town, which made it very convenient for sightseeing.

The hotel is very convenient to the city center and close enough to the train station that we could walk the distance. I found the beds in the room to be very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was quite good and they made coffee drinks to order. The staff were very friendly and offered an excellent suggestion for lunch.
Ask for room away from the main street. The street noise was a bit loud. Also, the curtains did not completely block the windows and a street light nearby was fairly bright.

The generator on the roof was quite loud. We were on the uppermost floor- the 5th - and the generator on the last night banged really loudly every 15 minutes

We liked this hotel very much in all respects! First, location, location, location -- ideal! The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is fantastic, and the staff are lovely. Bonus: open-lot parking is available and easily accessible. An excellent choice in Wroclaw!

The hotel was satisfactory and comfortable but not particlularly memorable. The location WAS close to Old Town area, although the street where the hotel was located (specifically, the hotel's surroundings) has seen better days. I was a little concerned at first and wouldn't have been entirely comfortable walking there late at night by myself. To be fair, it was a very gray, overcast and rainy couple of days and that does have the effect of creating a certain mood. The staff was pleasant and generally helpful although one person really struggled with her English so it was difficult to communicate with her (but I accept the fact that I am the visitor and only speak English so that's on me). Luckily I was able to park in the street level lot and did not have to descend into the garage which looked terrifying.
I paid extra for breakfast (not cheap) and most of the food was depleted although it was nowhere near the ending time. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Lots of space and light on the top floor. Nice staff. A very short walk to city center. Great breakfast in the adjacent restaurant downstairs.
Underground parking was a little tight to get in/out.
