Very helpful staff. Great location for walking to Aldstadt area
Lots of Street noise from cars and people, sirens over weekend so we didn’t sleep well.
Foyer needed more fresh air or deodoriser as it had an unusual cooking odours in the building

Pretty decent and quite big rooms in a good location, not far from the city
All the rooms seem to be facing a very busy, noisy street, and the windows are not noise proof at all

Room was very comfortable with a nice view of the church across the street. Hotel in a good location not far from the town square. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, offering a hot menu to order from and cold selection. The offering of free filtered sparkling and still water dispenser was a nice touch. Would highly recommend staying here!

The best breakfast I have ever had in any European hotel. Great coffee. On top of a large, creative variety, they also offer a choice of freshly made eggs (in any style), sausages, waffles, pancakes etc.
On checkout day I had to leave before breakfast time, so upon request a lunch package was prepared for me. Not only tasty but enough to be breakfast and lunch.
Staff was very friendly as well. Kettle in the room available. Everything was very clean, except for the carpet a little maybe but that is just because the concept of carpets in hotels is wrong.
Only big minus, otherwise it would be a 10 rating:
The windows are the opposite of sound proof, it is like having no window. And since a main street is right below, you better not be a light sleeper.

Short walk to Market Square, and bus & tram stations. Very good breakfast. Waitstaff (Anna) in dining room was very hardworking, helpful, and friendly.

Slightly dated rooms, could use a bit of an upgrade. No good place to park - even to load/u load vehicle. Had to either walk across street or down the block if we were taking a taxi

The hotel was within easy walking distance to the Old Town and other tourists attractions.
I was on the top floor with a room facing the main road sometimes it was noisy from the emergency sirens.

Great location. Only short walk to square. We were on 5th floor looking across at trees and church.. staff very helpful. Especially Monika who was on the night shift very friendly helpful girl. Also chap who checked us in on sat night extremely nice . Would recommend this hotel

Contact with the hotel was answered immediately, for example enquiring about the number bus from the airport and bus stop to get off to locate the hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff on reception were extremely helpful with directions and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable, would recommend.
The only negative would be the continental pillows that were too soft.

Location was very central, around 8 mins walking distance to the main square. Rooms are small but good for 2 pax. We have not taken the breakfast option hence, cannot comment on it.
Note: There is not parking slot in front of the hotel. Taxi will drop off a bit far off. It took a bit time to find the hotel but it is not that difficult.
