1. Bathroom: lack of hooks for the clothes or towels for 2 people, lack of any shelf in the shower, not enough space for toiletries 2. Room: very bad lighting by the beds - lights basically below the level of the bad which made reading almost impossible (yes, there are some people who still read in bed)
