My flight was delayed, and around 4–5 in the morning, the hotel canceled my reservation.
I had to book another hotel and ended up losing double the money, because not only did this hotel cancel my reservation, but they also didn’t refund me a single cent.

Wonderful
I liked the location—it was perfect for the purpose of my visit. The room was spacious and offered a nice view from the 6th floor. The mattress was very comfortable, and the bathroom was also modern and comfortable. Everything felt new and impeccably clean. Breakfasts were amazing!
I had a small issue with the air conditioning in my room—I wasn’t sure whether it wasn’t working or I just wasn’t setting it correctly (I didn’t really need it, so I didn’t report it). The TV occasionally lost signal, but it was only a minor inconvenience for me. The gym was well equipped, but the rowing machine’s display wasn’t functioning as it needed to be charged. Similarly, the massage chair wasn’t working, as it didn’t respond to the remote, which seemed to be out of battery.

One of the most friendliest hotels I’ve been to! Stuff is very polite and helpful, breakfast is super delicious and varied, a lot of vegetarian options. Clean and cozy modern room, good view. Internet works great. There’s small cozy gym in the hotel.
